The cargo case has a housing having a first side wall, a second side wall opposing the first side wall, a third side wall joining the first side wall and the second side wall, a fourth side wall opposing the third side wall and joining the first side wall and the second side wall, and a bottom wall joining a bottom end of the first side wall, second side wall, third side wall and fourth side wall to define a cavity. A connector extends from the cavity. The connector has a receiver for removably securing the housing to the wagon, wherein the housing is convertible between three configurations: an open cargo configuration, a closed cargo configuration, and a wagon storage configuration.

The wagon also has seat assemblies comprising a first seat, a front support, and a rear support, wherein the front support for the seat is pivotally connected to a second end of the first seat and pivotally connected to the wagon frame, and wherein the rear support for the first seat is pivotally connected adjacent a first end of the first seat and pivotally connected to the end assembly. The seat is positionable in a use position such that the seat is transverse to the end assembly, and a storage position such that the seat is adjacent and generally parallel to the end assembly.

    Abstract: A ride-on vehicle is provided that has a speed controlled switching system. The ride-on vehicle has a vehicle body having a driver's seat, a plurality of wheels, a motor, a battery electrically connected to the motor, a direction switch assembly electrically connected between the battery and the motor, and a speed switch electrically connected between the direction switch assembly and the motor. The direction switch assembly has a forward button and a reverse button, and is proximal the driver's seat in the vehicle body. The speed switch has a high speed setting and a low speed setting and is distal the driver's seat and generally not accessible by a rider seated in the driver's seat. When the reverse button is actuated the direction switch assembly causes the voltage observed by the motor to be at the low speed setting regardless of the setting of the speed switch.

    Abstract: A ride-on vehicle is provided that has drive and spin functionalities. The ride-on vehicle comprises a first motor for a first drive wheel, and a second motor for a second drive wheel. The vehicle has a steering wheel having a go selector and a spin selector. A sensor obtains an output of the angular rotation location of the steering wheel. A controller is electrically connected to the first and second motors, the go selector, the spin selector, and the steering wheel sensor, wherein engaging the go selector and turning the steering wheel causes the vehicle to move forward, left or right, depending on the angular location of the steering wheel, and wherein engaging the spin selector and turning the steering wheel causes the vehicle to spin left or spin right, depending on the angular location of the steering wheel. The vehicle may also be controlled remotely by a remote control.

    Abstract: A battery powered ride-on vehicle is provided that has vehicle body, a plurality of wheels, a battery dock, a battery having battery terminals that mate with battery dock terminals, an accelerator switch and an accelerator switch controller, a power line to allow current to flow between the battery dock and the accelerator switch controller, a plurality of electrical components, an electronics controller in electrical communication with the accelerator switch controller and the electrical components, a power line connecting the electronics controller with the accelerator switch controller to allow current to flow between the accelerator switch controller and the electronics controller, a timer that calculates the time between actuations of the accelerator switch, and when the time between actuations of the accelerator switch is greater than a timer threshold the accelerator switch controller prevents a release of current to the electronics controller until the accelerator switch is actuated again.

The user sits on a seat that is supported by a portion of the frame extending rearwardly from the front portion and between the two side wheels. A third wheel is provided under or behind the seat, and that wheel is preferably a caster that is coupled to the frame at an angle to a vertical axis. The side wheels have hand grips extending therefrom, and the hand-powered vehicle is configured to be propelled by a user applying a force through the hand grips to rotate the side wheels.
