Abstract: The invention relates to medicine, in particular to spinal surgery and is used for curing spinal diseases and injuries in specialized departments of vertebrology and neurosurgery. The inventive device includes not more than nine fixing units. Each unit bears two fixing elements fastened to it which are embodied in the form of a threaded stem, the working ends of which are implanted in roots of vertebra arches angularly at 35-45° to the sagittal plane of the vertebra. The fixing units are connected to each other in groups of three with the aid of threaded ties, thereby forming support units. Two of the units are side units and one is intermediate unit.
