Abstract: A method and an apparatus for an effective chemical treatment of a blood disease apply a drug of a wider range with a smaller dose or lower concentration to the blood outside the patient's body. Blood which is collected from a patient is fed through a tube (2a) into a chamber (4) by a pump (3). A drug is injected into the chamber (4) from a container (5), while ultrasonic waves are applied to the blood contained in the chamber (4) from an actuator (7). The blood treated with the drug and by the ultrasonic waves, is returned into the body of the patient through a tube (2c), while the same is monitored by sensors (10) and (11).
Abstract: A medicinal injection instrument for injecting a medicinal medium into a living body includes a tubular arrangement for conducting a medicinal medium to an injection site, the tubular arrangement having a distal end. An ultrasonic oscillator device has an ultrasonic oscillator element juxtaposed to the distal end such that when the instrument is inserted into a living body with the distal end disposed juxtaposed to the injection site, the ultrasonic oscillator element is also disposed juxtaposed to the injection site to thereby enhance diffusion and penetration of the medicinal medium into the body tissue.

Abstract: Disclosed is an endermic application kit for external medicines, which comprises a drug-containing layer as provided near an ultrasonic oscillator. The kit includes a cylindrical fixed-type or portable-type and a flat regular-type or adhesive-type, and the adhesive-type may be flexible and elastic. The drug absorption is ensured by the action of the ultrasonic waves from the oscillator and the drug release can be controlled by varying the ultrasonic wave output from the oscillator.
Abstract: An endermic application kit for external medicines comprises a container for retaining liquid containing drug, a device for supplying the liquid containing drug into the container, a drug permeable layer attached to the container to cover a bottom opening of the container, and an ultrasonic oscillator situated inside the container. When the ultrasonic oscillator and supplying device are actuated, the liquid containing drug is continuously supplied to the container, and the drug contained in the liquid is applied to a skin of a patient through the drug permeable layer by means of the ultrasonic oscillator.
