    Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition for promoting the migration of adult stem cells, including miR-29a or miR-30c as an active ingredient, miR-29a or miR-30c, and a method for promoting the migration of adult stem cells, and it has been confirmed that the overexpression of miR-29a or miR-30c restores polarity, forms normal focal adhesions, and restores actomyosin-dependent contractile and traction forces, thereby promoting the migration of stem cells.
