    Abstract: Disclosed are a semi-transparent solar cell device and an application. The cell device comprises a cathode, a hole transport layer, a photoactivity layer, an electron transport layer and an anode, wherein the photoactivity layer absorbs near-infrared and infrared light with a wavelength range greater than 780 nm. The cell device fully utilizes light energy in different bands, thus increasing the light energy utilization rate. By combining a semi-transparent solar cell and a heat-insulating film, not only can the cell device be used for generating power as a photovoltaic cell, but the device can also be attached to glass of a car or of an exterior wall of a building to be used as the heat-insulating film because of having excellent heat insulation performance itself. The cell device solves the problems of high visible light transmittance, high photoelectric conversion efficiency, heat insulation, ultraviolet protection, etc.

The invention not only provides simple preparation process with low energy consumption, but also can regulate the degree of orientated alignment of the plate-shape WC in the sintered block.

The preparation method comprises: firstly, preparing a pure-phase layered lithium-rich manganese-based cathode material by using a coprecipitation method and a high temperature sintering method, and then uniformly coating and doping olivine-structured LiMPO4 to the surface of the layered lithium-manganese-rich composite cathode material by using a sol-gel method. According to the present invention, the surface of the layered lithium-rich manganese-based cathode material is modified by olivine structured LiMPO4, such that cycle stability thereof is effectively improved, and voltage drop generated by the material in the cycle course is inhibited. The preparation method according to the present invention is simple, low cost, environmentally friendly, and is suitable for large-scale industrial production.

    Abstract: An immersive upper limb rehabilitation training system includes a dual-arm rehabilitation robot, a base, a position tracker, a VR headset, a force-feedback glove, a host computer control center and passive compliant end-effectors. The dual-arm rehabilitation robot is mounted on the base, and drives an arm of a patient to move through two passive compliant end effectors. The visual sensor is used for recording a motion of an upper limb of the patient and feedback-controlling a motion of the dual-arm rehabilitation robot. The position tracker is used for real-time collecting position and posture information of the arm and transmitting it to the upper computer control center. The two passive compliant end-effectors are respectively worn on a forearm and an upper arm of the patient. Detection and analysis of the NTR in the industrial enzymatic reactions can be realized due to the change of fluorescence which is induced by the intramolecular charge transfer (ICT) effect.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a method for degrading phenol in industrial wastewater by a dual-frequency composite ultrasound, which belongs to the technical field of phenol degradation. The method adopts the dual-frequency composite ultrasound to perform ultrasonic treatment to a phenol solution to be degraded for 10-30 minutes. Degradation rate of phenol by the dual-frequency composite ultrasound can reach 83.74%, which is 45.23% and 51.11% higher than the degradation rates of a probe-type ultrasound alone and a tank-type ultrasound alone. Therefore, it can be clearly seen that the degradation effect of dual-frequency composite ultrasonic synergistic degradation of phenol in water is ideal.

In the present invention, a hybrid feeding line is firstly employed to a dielectric resonator antenna. It has been shown that this hybrid feeding line can not only increase the impedance bandwidth of the passband but also can introduce two radiation nulls right near the band edges. Both good filtering and radiating performances are therefore obtained without any extra filtering circuit, giving a very compact structure.
