    Abstract: A coupling-offset path branch and a high-isolation millimeter-wave phased array antenna based on the same. The high-isolation millimeter-wave phased array antenna includes a plurality of radiating stacked microstrip patch elements, a shielding metal wall, several coupling-offset path branches, a metal ground plane, a feeding network layer, several ports, wherein the first port is excited, energy of the feeding network layer is coupled to a corresponding radiating stacked microstrip patch element through an I-shaped slot, and the energy is transmitted to the second port adjacent to the first port through an inherent coupling path portion; the coupling-offset path branch is introduced to offset the inherent coupling, thus achieving a high-isolation performance between the first port and the second port. By adopting the simple decoupling branch, the invention can achieve a high-isolation effect in a wide band, improve an active standing-wave ratio and a scanning capability of the array antenna.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a micro-sized face-up LED device with a micro-hole array and preparation method thereof. The LED device is prepared based on a GaN-based epitaxial layer and includes a GaN-based epitaxial layer, a current spreading layer, a P electrode, an N electrode and a passivation layer; the GaN-based epitaxial layer including a substrate, an N-type CaN layer, i.e., an N-GaN layer, a multiple quantum well layer (MQW), and a P-type GaN layer, i.e., a P-GaN layer; and the N-GaN layer including an etched exposed N-GaN layer and an etched formed N-GaN layer. The present invention improves luminescence efficiency while ensuring the device modulation bandwidth; and after the micro-hole array is etched by ICP, a sample continues to be etched by using the current spreading layer etching liquid to prevent the leakage caused by the expansion of the current spreading layer in the etching process.

    Abstract: This disclosure discloses a single-inductor multiple-output DC-DC buck converter, which includes a power conversion unit and i charge controllers, as well as a phase-locked loop, a logic unit, a driving unit, and an input trunk duty ratio generation unit. The charge controllers are connected to the driving unit through the logic unit. The logic unit is further connected to the phase-locked loop and the phase-locked loop is connected to the driving unit through the input trunk duty ratio generation unit. The driving unit is connected to the power conversion unit. The disclosure applies charge control to every output branch path, and adopts a phase-locked loop as the cycle control, which effectively suppresses the cross modulation effect of every branch path, and does not require the last branch path to have a sufficiently heavy load, which broadens the load range, while taking into account other performance requirements concurrently.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a roll spinning forming device for a toothed part. The device is mounted on a machine tool body. A blank, a mandrel and a driving synchromesh gear are mounted on a machine tool spindle. A driven synchromesh gear and a roller are arranged in parallel on the spindle. The driven synchromesh gear and the roller are connected by a telescopic constant speed universal joint and rotate at a same angular speed. The driven synchromesh gear is driven by a spring mechanism in the radial direction, and the roller is driven by a servo motor assembly in the radial direction. Further disclosed is a roll spinning forming method for a toothed part, the rotating speed of the blank is maintained to be matched with the rotating speed of the roller according to a gear ratio during the movement of the roller toward the blank.

    Abstract: A method for promoting enzymolysis of lignocellulose by using a pH-responsive lignin amphoteric surfactant and recovery of a cellulase. The method includes: adding lignocellulose to a buffer solution, and then adding a pH-responsive lignin amphoteric surfactant and a cellulase; controlling the pH of the mixed solution to be 4.0-6.2, heating the solution to a temperature of 40° C. to 60° C. and reacting at said temperature for 24-96 h to obtain a saccharified hydrolyzate of lignocellulose; and obtaining an enzymolysed liquid by solid-liquid separation, and then adjusting the pH of the enzymolysed liquid to precipitate the pH-responsive lignin amphoteric surfactant and the cellulase for recycling. The method can effectively improve the enzymolysis efficiency of lignocellulose, recover a certain amount of cellulase, and expand the applications of industrial lignin. The method does not require additional equipment, and is simple to operate and environmentally friendly.

The prepared hydroxyl-terminated resin has the advantages of simple synthesis process, high solid content and low viscosity; the hydroxyl value thereof (at 80% solid mass content) is 140-300 mg KOH/g and the viscosity thereof at 25° C. (at 80% solid mass content) is 300-3000 cp.

The parasitic patches are loaded with short-circuit probes, and the slot coupling feed network comprises two orthogonal sets of Y-shaped feeders and cross-shaped slots, and the cross-shaped slots are printed on a metal floor. The new parasitic slot structures on the radiator structure increases the bandwidth while introducing a high roll-off band edge filtering effect, and combined with the slot coupling feed network with filtering function to achieve good band-pass filtering characteristics and hardly introduce additional insertion loss.
