    Abstract: A tunable narrow-linewidth photo-generated microwave source based on polarization control includes a high-reflectivity fiber grating, a high-gain fiber, a low-reflectivity polarization-maintaining fiber grating, a stress adjusting device, a single-mode semiconductor pump laser, an optical wavelength division multiplexer, a polarization beam splitter, a polarization controller, an optical coupler, and a photoelectric detector. Birefringence distribution in the low-reflectivity polarization-maintaining fiber grating is controlled by adjusting a stress magnitude of the stress adjusting device to the low-reflectivity polarization fiber grating, thereby controlling a laser frequency working in different polarization modes in a resonant cavity, and a tunable narrow-linewidth photo-generated microwave source is generated by a beat-frequency technology using a dual-wavelength narrow-linewidth laser with variable frequency intervals.

    Abstract: A tissue adhesive membrane and a preparation method thereof are provided. The tissue adhesive membrane includes a supramolecular polymer and an enhancer; the supramolecular polymer is prepared by copolymerization of lipoic acid and a biocompatible stabilizer; and the enhancer includes at least one selected from the group consisting of a cationic compound, a cationic polymer, and a metal particle. The tissue adhesive membrane of the present invention can achieve rapid adhesion, seal wounds continuously and effectively, and maintain long-lasting mechanical strength. The components of the tissue adhesive membrane come from natural components of animals and plants, have good biocompatibility, and possess the functions of antibacterial and inhibiting inflammation. The tissue adhesive membrane of the present invention is a hydrophobic adhesive membrane where hydrogen bonding and high surface energy can provide strong adhesion energy and no adverse active groups that may cause irritation or discomfort are contained.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for preparing bendable nanopaper-based flexible solar cells by 3D aerogel jet printing. In this method, firstly all-cellulose paper is soaked in ionic liquid, and quickly partially dissolved and regenerated under the condition of hot pressing to produce nanopaper with high transmittance and high haze; and then a 3D aerogel jet printer is used to precisely print the respective layers of a solar cell on the surface of the nanopaper as a flexible substrate material, wherein the solar cell comprises an anode PFN/Ag NWs, an active layer CuPc/C60/PTCBI/BCP and a cathode MoO3/Ag/MoO3, and the thickness of each layer is precisely controlled by setting the parameters of the 3D printer. The electrode grid line on the surface of the prepared paper flexible solar cell has a width less than 10 ?m and a thickness less than 20 nm.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a transparent conductive oxide thin film. The metal oxide is a transparent conductive material of (In2O3)x(MO)y(ReO)z formed by doping a small amount of a rare earth oxide ReO into an indium-containing metal oxide MO—In2O3 as a photon-generated carrier conversion center. According to the present application, in an indium-based metal oxide, a rare earth oxide material is introduced, such that the carrier concentration is controlled, and the mobility is improved; rare earth ions in the rare earth oxide have the lower electronegativity, and an ionic bond Ln-O formed by the rare earth ions and oxygen ions has the higher bond breaking energy, such that the oxygen vacancy concentration in the In2O3 thin film may be effectively controlled. The rare earth ions have the ionic radius equivalent to that of indium ions, defect scattering caused by structure mismatch may be reduced, the high mobility characteristics thereof may be kept better.

The logic unit is further connected to the phase-locked loop and the phase-locked loop is connected to the driving unit through the input trunk duty ratio generation unit. The driving unit is connected to the power conversion unit. The disclosure applies charge control to every output branch path, and adopts a phase-locked loop as the cycle control, which effectively suppresses the cross modulation effect of every branch path, and does not require the last branch path to have a sufficiently heavy load, which broadens the load range, while taking into account other performance requirements concurrently.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a biochemical computer latch based on enzymatic reactions. Input, output and storage signals of the latch are concentrations or activities of substances or enzymes. Bistable characteristics of the latch are implemented by a plurality of enzymatic reactions that interact with each other. When the plurality of enzymatic reactions are catalyzed by each other, a positive feedback regulation of enzyme concentration or activity can be achieved, so that the biochemical computer latch can be stabilized in one of a plurality of states and stores information in the state. The latch can change the state thereof by means of a change in the input signal, so as to modify the stored information, and can also read the stored information by means of the output signal. Compared with traditional semiconductor latches, the disclosed can be more conveniently used in biochemical computers without conversion between an electrical signal and a chemical signal.

    Abstract: A glucose sensor electrode, a preparation method therefor and the use thereof are provided for the rapid and sensitive detection of glucose. The method involves: (1) performing an alkali heat treatment to form a nanoneedle-structured titanium dioxide on the surface of a titanium electrode; (2) forming micro-region grooves on a nanoneedle-structured titanium dioxide film layer to obtain a nanoneedle-structured titanium dioxide having a micropattern; (3) depositing a chlorine-doped polypyrrole in the grooves by using chronopotentiometry; (4) forming a nanocone-structured citric-acid-doped polypyrrole on the chlorine-doped polypyrrole by using chronopotentiometry; and (5) grafting an enzyme capable of detecting glucose to obtain the glucose sensor electrode. This simple and stable process is low in cost, efficiently grafts the enzyme capable of detecting glucose on the surface of the electrode, and provides a stable electrode with higher reliability for detecting glucose.

The method according to the present disclosure can improve the toughness of the redox-modified plant fiber material, reduce the processing temperature of the plant fiber material, and broaden the processing window of the plant fiber material.

    Abstract: A rABS/PBT/ASG composite material and a preparation method thereof utilize the characteristics of rABS with carboxyl and hydroxyl groups, wherein rABS are pre-blended with ASG to increase the viscosity, so that the epoxy groups on the ASG molecules react with the hydroxyl groups and the carboxyl groups on the rABS, and the acrylonitrile-styrene segments in ASG and rABS are thermodynamically miscible, followed by reacting and blending with PBT to prepare the rABS/PBT/ASG composite material. ASG acts as a chain extender and solubilizer in the mixture. The mixture prepared in this way have good compatibility, and the tensile strength, impact strength and elongation at break of the composite material are comprehensively improved. The composite material obtained has the advantages of both ABS and PBT materials, which has broad application prospects in the field of ABS plastic recycling.
