    Abstract: Disclosed is a microwave-transmitting mould structure, comprising a first template, a second template and a mould combining unit. The mould combining unit has a first snap fit, a second snap fit and an engagement member. The first snap fit is arranged on the first template; the second snap fit is arranged on the second template; and the engagement member is snap-fit engaged between the first snap fit and the second snap fit, so that when the first template and the second template are subjected to an outward pressure, corresponding faces thereof which the engagement member can pass through respectively abut against abutting faces of the first snap fit and of the second snap fit, and thus, the first template and the second template cannot be separated from each other due to an increased pressure inside the mould.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) having a glass transition temperature between an ambient temperature and normal body temperature, wherein the TPU contains dicarboxyphenyl polyester structure represented by Formula 1 or 10-(2,3-dicarboxypropyl)-9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide n(DOPO-ITA) polyester structure represented by Formula 2. The present invention also provides a polyester polyol containing DOPO-ITA polyester structure represented by Formula 2, a molar percentage of the 10-(2,3-dicarboxypropyl)-9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-oxide polyester structure in the whole polyester polyol ranges from 30% to 70%. The present invention further provides an article thereof. in Formula 1, R is C2 to C8 alkylene group or CH2CH2OCH2CH2; in Formula 2, R is C2 to C8 alkylene group or CH2CH2OCH2CH2.

    Abstract: A polyolefin elastomer composite includes a copolymer, an unsaturated aliphatic polyolefin, an organic peroxide, and an acrylic acid metallic salt mixture. The copolymer is an ethylene copolymer, an olefin block copolymer, or a combination thereof. The ratio of the amount of unsaturated aliphatic polyolefin and the copolymer is 1:3 to 3:1. Based on the total amount of the unsaturated aliphatic polyolefin and the copolymer as 100 parts by weight, the amount of the organic peroxide is 0.1 to 1 part by weight and the amount of the acrylic acid metallic salt mixture is 0.1 to 5 parts by weight. The polyolefin elastomer composite can produce a foamed elastomer having high rebound resilience and low compression set.

The powdery diacetal clarifying agent prepared by the method can have excellent flowability, dispersability, thermal resistance, and color stability. Accordingly, the powdery diacetal clarifying agent does not release stinking odor and incur yellowing at high temperature, allowing the plastic articles to have improved appearance and visual appeal.

    Abstract: A multifunctional environmentally protective polyurethane composite material comprises a thermoplastic polyurethane; an environmentally protective additive including recycled polymer, plant fiber, mineral, or metal powder; and a thickening dispersant including natural rubber or synthetic rubber. By the thickening dispersant, the environmentally protective additive is uniformly added into the thermoplastic polyurethane to form the multifunctional environmentally protective polyurethane composite material. The environmentally protective additive can reduce the existing amount of waste or suppress increase of waste. With the use of the thickening dispersant and the environmentally protective additive, the multifunctional environmentally protective polyurethane composite material has advantages of light weight, good flowability, slip resistance, abrasion resistance, formability and low cost.
