Abstract: An air conditioning apparatus has a case, a heat exchanger rotatable about a rotation axis in the case, and a pipe unit in communication with the heat exchanger. The pipe unit has a first section fixed to the case and a second section coaxially coupled to the first section. The second section is coupled to the heat exchanger and rotatable with the heat exchanger. The first section has a first annular portion, a second annular portion, a cylindrical portion, and a support member. The second section has a flange portion disposed between the first annular portion and the support member. An O-ring is disposed in a groove provided by the first annular portion and the cylindrical portion, and is in contact with a surface of the first annular portion and the flange portion in a direction parallel to the rotation axis.
Abstract: A sealing structure of a rotation unit has a first member defining a first axis, a second member defining a second axis and an O-ring disposed between them. The first member and the second member are substantially coaxial, and at least one of the first member and the second member rotates about its respective axis. The first member and the second member have a first surface and a second surface extending in a direction perpendicular to the first and second axes, respectively. The O-ring is disposed between and in contact with the first surface and the second surface. The sealing structure further has a movable range regulating part that maintains the first and second axes in substantially alignment by reducing relative displacement of at least one of the first and second members away from alignment.
Abstract: A cover of a wiper blade for a vehicle includes a front surface wall and a rear surface wall, which are connected to each other to form a cap-shaped elongated body that has a base end opening at a base end thereof and that receives primary and yoke levers and backing plates, which are connected to a blade rubber. The front surface wall has a tilted outer surface that is tilted relative to a wiping surface to form a fin, which limits lifting of the wiper blade from the wiping surface when the vehicle is running.
Abstract: A female screw portion is formed around an axis of a rotor of a step motor to penetrate through the rotor in an axial direction of the rotor. A male screw portion is formed on an outer peripheral surface of a screw shaft so that the screw shaft is screwed into the female screw portion. The screw shaft is inserted in a ring rod, and a connection clip portion is connected to the ring rod. When the rotor rotates, the ring rod reciprocates linearly in the axial direction of the rotor, and vertical fins rock in the axial direction of the rotor.

Abstract: An electro-magnetic drive control valve having a housing defining valve seats 54 and 66, and valve members 68 and 70 arranged so as to face the valve seat 64 and 66, respectively. The valve members 68 and 70 are formed on a valve rod 67, which is mechanically connected to a solenoid actuator 46. First and second diaphragm members 88 and 96 are provided for connecting the valve rod 67 to the housing and for sealing a flow passageway in the housing, while the valve rod 67 is axially moved by the solenoid actuator 46. The first diaphragm 88 is for sealing the flow passageway to the space 104 inside the solenoid actuator 46. The second diaphragm 96 forms a second chamber 107 on one side thereof remote from the flow passageway. An axial opening 67-2 is formed in the valve rod 67 for creating a communication passageway for connecting the chambers 104 and 106 with each other for equalizing the pressure therein.
