Each exercise device is configured for performing one or more body weight resisted exercises different from the exercises performed on other exercise devices in the circuit, and has an incline, a sliding platform slidably engaged on the incline, and at least one additional user engagement device associated with the incline. A user engages the sliding platforms and the user engagement devices of exercise devices at successive exercise stations in the circuit in turn to perform different exercises at each station until a circuit training sequence is completed, with exercise resistance for each exercise provided by the user's body weight engaging the sliding platform.
