Abstract: A computer device and method for processing maintenance related data for performing maintenance analytics on insured property. Informatic data is received from one or more sensor devices relating to a property covered by an insurance policy. Analysis is performed on the received informatic data to determine one or more conditions associated with the property. Predefined business rules are applied using the determined one or more conditions associated with the property to determine a maintenance profile for the property indicating one or more of maintenance history and repair or maintenance requirements for the property.
