    Abstract: Disclosed are free-form curved surface slicing method and device based on implicit model, includes following: (1) Using mesh model of layered curved surface to intersect with implicit model of a part to be manufactured to obtain contour lines; (2) Comparing rules for intersecting contour lines and meshes within mesh, mesh coordinates are substituted into implicit model, obtaining a position of an intersection point of contour lines in corresponding mesh; (3) Using interpolation method to calculate intersection coordinates of contour lines and mesh boundary, specifying storing sequence of interpolation points, storing intersection points of discrete line segments in mesh; (4) Merging unordered point sets obtained to establish topological relationship between point sets and discrete line segments, each line segment corresponds to two endpoints, each endpoint corresponds to two line segments, based on above, all points traversed will be connected into complete and ordered profile, that is sliced profile.

    Abstract: An ultrasonic-stirring narrow gap welding system and a welding method, and the ultrasonic-stirring narrow gap welding system includes a welding machine power source, a wire feeder, a narrow gap welding torch, and an ultrasonic stirring subsystem. A welding wire is fed into a narrow gap through the narrow gap welding torch provided above a groove, to generate an arc for welding. The ultrasonic stirring subsystem includes a stirrer and an ultrasonic device, a stirring rod is connected to the ultrasonic device and inserted into a molten pool to form a preset angle relative to the welding wire for stirring, and an ultrasonic-stirring narrow gap welding mode is realized.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a dynamic memory management apparatus and method for HLS, the apparatus has several searching and caching modules and several modifying and writing-back modules, the searching and caching modules are in connection with a DRAM storing module and a BRAM buffer, respectively, and the modifying and writing-back modules are in connection with the DRAM storing module and the BRAM buffer, respectively, the BRAM buffer is for caching information about nodes on a search path and registering information about modification made to the nodes. To remedy the defect that the traditional operating system is directly transplanted to the FPGA and has low execution efficiency, the present invention utilizes the advantage of the large capacity of the DRAM on the FPGA to realize efficient dynamic memory allocation and deallocation, and improve the usability and code reusability of HLS.

The bottom of the solar panel is equipped with a continuously adjustable component. Inside the box body, there are interconnected worm gear and worm components, and a gear transmission component. The worm gear and worm components are connected to the continuously adjustable component. The present invention solves the problems of existing devices, such as single-direction adjustment and low collection efficiency. It automatically tracks the sun in both latitude and longitude directions, with continuous adjustment. During normal operation, no manual intervention is required. It is easy to use, with a self-locking structure, minimal impact from wind loads, and self-reporting of faults.

    Abstract: A Y-branch type phase-change all-optical Boolean logic device comprises a waveguide of a Y-branch structure and phase change function units covered over the waveguide. In the logic implementation method, a light pulse having a large power is employed to perform a write operation on the phase change function unit, so that the phase change function unit is heated to generate a crystallization or amorphization phase change, thereby causing a difference in optical properties under two states; the state of the phase change function unit is read by employing a light pulse having a small power, and the state of its phase change material is not changed. By defining input logic signals respectively and defining three operation steps, an operation mode reconfigurable logic can be implemented, and all 16 binary Boolean logic calculations are implemented in a simple structure by means of step-by-step operation.

The method realizes the automation of the ellipsometry data analysis with accurate results and includes using a spline model and a forward optical property model to generate a training set; training a neural network model; sequentially inputting preliminary results of geometric parameters and spline parameters of a material obtained by inputting the measured optical characterization quantity into the neural network into the spline model and the forward optical property model to obtain a theoretical optical characterization quantity. After optimizing the neural network model by using the deviation between the theory and the measured optical characterization quantity, the predicted value of the output is the final geometric and optical property parameters of the material.
