Abstract: A piston for a compressor for use in hermetically encapsulated small-type refrigerating machines, with a cylinder-jacket-like sealing and guide surface section (1a, 2) as well as at least two substantially bridge- and cylinder-jacket-sector-like sealing and guide surface sections (6) of the piston skirt allowing the guidance of the piston in the cylinder as well as sealing the crankcase relative to the sealing or compression chamber and other sections of the piston skirt comprising a recess (3, 7).
Abstract: A hermetically encapsulated compressor with a closed winding head for use in small-size refrigerating installations with a compressor housing in which a cylinder housing (10) with an extension (25) and an electromotor (6) are arranged which are mutually fastened to one another and which rest on the compressor housing by means of supports (4, 20, 19). In order to provide an alternative manner of adjusting and testing the air gap which allows performing a precise adjustment of the air gap even when a closed winding head is used it is provided that the extension (25) of the cylinder housing (10) is provided with breakthroughs (13) through which the cylindrical jacket of a mounting tool (24) can be inserted for assembling and positioning the crankshaft (3), the cylinder housing (10) and the rotor (1) with the stator (8).
Abstract: A pressure valve for a compressor, in particular a hermetically encapsulated small-size refrigerating machine, comprising the following elements: a valve plate (33), a cylinder cover (40)comprising a substantially quadrangular base plate with cylinder walls formed thereon, with the valve plate (33) and the cylinder cover (40) being mutually connected by means of fastening elements, and with a seal (58) arranged in between and a valve spring (23) arranged in the volume enclosed by the valve plate (33) and the cylinder lid (40), a substantially U-shaped holding-down element (21) with pins and legs taking the squaring and, optionally, a damper element (27), with the valve spring, the damper element and the holding-down element being arranged in this sequence above the valve seat.
