The high chair can then be folded easily for the user, and the structure of the invention is simpler than the prior art.

When released from the selected one of the first and second engagement portions, the positioning member is movable to engage the other one of the first and second engagement portions to thereby change the angle between the supporting member and the mounting frame portion and, thus, the inclination angle of the seat.

The other ends of the steel wires further connect to engaging parts at the pivots and engaging between the front leg frame and the rear leg frame and retract the engaging parts so that the rear leg frame disengages from and pivots about the front leg frame. The high chair may be folded with one-foot operation.

The movement induced into the bassinet is controlled by the four support members to keep the bottom surface of the bassinet at a horizontal orientation throughout the swinging movement. The bottom board of the play yard is formed in segments which can be reconfigured to fit in the bassinet. The end segment can be folded below the remaining segments, or in the alternative removed, to affect the reconfiguration for the bassinet structure.
