Abstract: A compact one touch pneumatic wrench includes a cylinder having an improved air passage to achieve one touch function and a housing mad of engineering plastic material. Compared to a conventional pneumatic wrench which needs one hand to hold the handle and the other hand to operate the clockwise/counterclockwise rotation of the motor, the present invention improves the air passage of the cylinder to provide a simple and convenient operation with only one hand, providing a convenient operation and enhancing the work efficiency.

Abstract: A compact pneumatic hand tool having a cylinder assembly received in a space of a body, wherein, the bottom inlet opening of the cylinder assembly is communicated with the air inlet in the space, meanwhile, the rear inlet passage of the cylinder assembly is corresponded to the control knob mounting portion of the body. Moreover, a control knob is extended through the control knob mounting portion of body as well as the rear inlet passage of the cylinder assembly, and a rotor of the cylinder assembly is coupled with a second coupling portion of a striking assembly. In addition, the front opening of the body is covered with the front cap and a sealing pad is provided between the body and the front cap, meanwhile the central axle is extended out of the front cap.

A second bearing is mounted on a central shaft of the rotor in the cylinder assembly. The control knob is mounted on the cylinder assembly. A front end of the central shaft of the striking assembly extends out of a front cap and the body is connected to the front cap via threaded bolts so that the striking assembly and the cylinder assembly are sealingly enclosed between the front cap and the body to accomplish the compact and light-weight requirements.
