Abstract: A firearm holster includes a plate that is folded to form a cavity. The cavity is defined by a first sidewall, a trigger sidewall adjacent to the first sidewall, a second sidewall adjacent to the trigger sidewall, a barrel sidewall adjacent to both the first and second sidewalls, and a muzzle end wall. The muzzle end wall is adjacent to the first sidewall, the trigger sidewall, the second sidewall and the barrel sidewall. The firearm holster also includes a support wrap that at least partially surrounds the cavity and is fused to one or more of the first sidewall, the barrel sidewall, and the second sidewall.

Abstract: An electronic device mount includes a first portion having an interlocking portion, a pressure plate, and a biasing member and a second portion having an attachment region. Where, in use, the biasing member applies force to the pressure plate inhibiting unintentional rotation of the second portion of the electronic device mount relative to the first portion. The electronic device mount can be incorporated within or attached to a protective case of an electronic device or any other object to be mounted that includes a suitable attachment region.

Abstract: A holder for handheld electronic devices, such as a smartphone. The holder includes a hoop body configured to be worn around a waist of a person. The hoop body having a proximal end and a distal end, wherein the proximal end and the distal end having a quick release lock to couple to the proximal end to the distal end. The hoop body having a tunnel configured around its outer periphery. A runner connected to a bracket through a semi-rigid extension. The runner, slidably received in the tunnel, can revolve along its length. The bracket can mount the handheld electronic device.

Abstract: A roof rack system for a vehicle including a bracket base configured to be secured to a roof of the vehicle, the bracket base including at least one base opening disposed on an angled base side surface; a roof rail configured to be secured to the bracket base; a bracket stay secured to an underside of the roof rail, the bracket stay including at least one stay opening disposed on an angled stay side surface, the at least one stay opening being aligned with the at least one base opening; and a fastening mechanism configured to be coupled through the at least one stay opening in the bracket stay and the at least one base opening in the bracket base to thereby secure the roof rail onto the bracket base. Also, a method of installing a roof rail on a roof of a vehicle.

Abstract: A tool tethering device that includes a lockable shaft having a cylindrical shaped body with a protruding member located proximal a first end and extending perpendicular from the cylindrical shaped body, a rigid sleeve housing having a cylindrical shaped cavity located within and extending from an open end to a closed end of the rigid sleeve housing, a protruding member engaging slot extending from and running parallel the cylindrical shaped cavity, a ball bearing engaging groove located within the cavity, a protruding member locking groove located within the sleeve housing proximal the closed end of the housing and extending perpendicular the cavity, and a displaceable platform located within the cylindrical shaped cavity between the protruding member locking groove and the closed end of the rigid sleeve housing, the displaceable platform supported by a spring located between the platform and the closed end of the rigid sleeve housing.

Abstract: A magnetic nipper is provided. The magnetic nipper has a pair of elongate arms with opposed first and second surfaces. The pair of elongate arms are hingedly connected to allow the pair of elongate arms to rotate about an axle. The first and second surfaces each contain at least one magnet have a polarity such that the magnets repel.

Abstract: A system for transferring an object from one user to another user that is useful to prevent unintentional dropping of the object is disclosed. A cam is rotatably connected to a structure that is configured to be attached to a first user. A central housing with two ports is configured to allow for the attachment of a tool by lanyard or other means. When the first cam is locked into the one of the housing ports, it cannot be released from the housing unless a second cam is inserted into the second housing port and captured. Once the second cam is captured the first cam is released, thus safely passing the tool from the first user to the second user while minimizing the chance of dropping the tool.

Abstract: Embodiments described herein relate to apparatuses, systems and methods for adjustably holding a device. For example, in one embodiment, an apparatus is provided that includes a male interlocking ring. The male interlocking ring includes a plurality of male interlocking members. The apparatus also includes a unitarily formed female interlocking plate. The unitarily formed female interlocking plate includes portions adapted to receive each of the plurality of male interlocking members. The unitarily formed female interlocking plate also includes a flexible release lever. The flexible release lever partially extends laterally in one of the portions that are adapted to receive each of the plurality of male interlocking members. Other embodiments relate to an ambidextrous holster sleeve, a holster and holster sleeve.

Abstract: A holder for a tool of the type having a belt clip includes a rigid base having a front side, a rear side, a top edge, a bottom edge, and two side edges. At least one rigid belt loop is fixed with the rear side of the rigid base and is open therethrough between side edges thereof for receiving a belt of a person. A rigid front panel is held away from the front side of the rigid base by at least two vertical standoffs. The rigid front panel includes a cut-out portion adapted to receive the belt clip of the tool therein. In use, with the rigid base fixed with the person's belt, the belt clip of the tool is positioned within the cut-out portion of the rigid front panel and then lowered until the belt clip is retained between the rigid front panel and the rigid base.

Abstract: A quick slide-out-type outdoor tool pouch, which comprises a pouch body used for holding contents; an opening through which the contents are taken out is provided above the pouch body; the rear end of a pouch cover (2) is connected to the pouch body and may be rotated to cover the opening; a sliding band (1) is provided, the tail end of the sliding band (1) is connected to the inner side of the pouch body by means of a connection place (6), and the connection place (6) is located at the inner side of the pouch body at the side connected to the pouch cover (2); a through-outlet (5) for the sliding band (1) to penetrate is provided on the pouch body at the side opposite to the connection place (6); and after being folded, the front end of the sliding band (1) may be inserted into a holding part (3). The quick slide-out-type outdoor tool pouch enables tools to be taken out quickly, which may increase the timeliness with which tools are taken out in emergency situations.

Abstract: A snowboard carrier for a vehicle allows a snowboard to be mounted to a vehicle via the employment of at least one rotatable member for rotating relative to a snowboard from an open position, which provides access to operably position the snowboard, to a closed position, wherein the at least one rotatable member extends over the top surface of the snowboard, securing the snowboard to the snowboard carrier.

Abstract: A portable dispenser configure to retain tissues, wipes, handkerchiefs, or similar convenience items. The portable dispenser comprises a band with two ends which can be closed and adjusted to size the device to the appendage of a user using a closure mechanism. A dispensing component is attachable to or is integrated into the band. The dispensing component has a slit with a fastening mechanism for accessing the tissues, wipes or handkerchiefs stored inside the pouch. The dispensing component may be configured to accept a roll of tissues or wipes. The device of the present invention can be a wrist band, arm band, bracelet, smartwatch or the like, that makes the tissues, wipes or handkerchiefs readily available as needed.

In one embodiment, the apparatus includes a protective case adapted to receive a mobile communications device. The apparatus includes a carrying strap fastened to the protective case. The one or more loops are adapted to receive an elongated object and hold the elongated object in a fixed position with respect to the carrying strap. In an alternative embodiment, the apparatus includes one or more pockets adapted to receive credit-card sized items. The apparatus includes a closeable flap. The apparatus includes one or more rings, each ring adapted to receive a clasp from a carrying strap. The apparatus includes an adhesive layer.

Abstract: A child carrying system for carrying a child includes a carrier portion having a top portion; a middle portion having a pair of tabs extending away from a center of the middle portion in a lateral direction; a pair of adjustment mechanisms, each adjustment mechanism fixedly attached to a respective tab of the pair of tabs; and a bottom portion. The child carrying system also includes a pair of straps, each strap having a first end and a second end. Each first end is fixedly attached proximate a respective top corner of the top portion. Each second end is detachably connected to an adjustment mechanism of the pair of adjustment mechanisms. A width of each strap of the pair of straps is wider than a conventional shoulder strap on a backpack.
