Abstract: A vacuum heat-insulation material includes: at least one first fiber member; at least one second member that is placed around an outer peripheral part of the at least one first fiber member and that is thinner than an inner part; and at least one shell material that surrounds the at least one first fiber member and the at least one second fiber member.
Abstract: A heat molded, transparent baffle for instrumental sound deflection is disclosed. The Baffle is a single, molded shield that reflects the sound in any direction the audio engineer decides. It is quickly mounted in one minute, transparent, and ready for sound check.
Abstract: The current disclosure involves the arrangement and efficient deployment of self-adhering flexible sheet material in individual segments to encircle a bale of harvested material and isolate it from the wind, precipitation, and other elements as it remains in the field following the formation of the bale attendant with harvesting of the crop, until collected for further processing. For use with harvested crops such as cotton or hay, the individual wrapping segments further comprise adhering members, which cause a portion of a wrapping segment, generally found at what is considered a trailing end during a wrapping cycle, to releasably attach to adhering members on an opposite surface of the same wrapping segment.
Abstract: A thermal insulating structure includes: at least two first multilayer vacuum insulators that adjoin each other and that cover a to-be-insulated surface; a retainer that is fixed to the to-be-insulated surface and that protrudes from a boundary between the first multilayer vacuum insulators; a second multilayer vacuum insulator that extends along the boundary and that covers the boundary, the second multilayer vacuum insulator including a through-hole formed therein, in which the retainer is inserted; and a keep plate that is fixed to the retainer and that holds the second multilayer vacuum insulator and the first multilayer vacuum insulators.
Abstract: A heat shield bladder includes first and second sheets of insulating material that form a bladder between the first and second sheets. At least one reflective foil is disposed within the bladder and a plurality of spacers are disposed within the bladder and positioned to space the at least one reflective foil from the first and second sheets of insulating material. Multiple reflective foils may be disposed within the bladder with spacers between each reflective foil. The heat shield bladder may be rolled into a tube shaped and used inside a pipe or formed into panels that may be used to line a vessel.
Abstract: Scented device (1) for laundry to be used in a dryer machine, the scented device being made in elastomeric material, comprising a body (2) and being characterized by a plurality of lamellar rings (3) which are scented and flexible, layered one above the other to give the device (1) a rounded shape.
Abstract: A weighted towel manufactured from an absorbent material having weights near or at one end which allows a person with limited mobility, dexterity or range of motion to have the ability to dry himself; the weights allow the end to wrap around a body extremity to dry areas of a limb which are difficult to reach or touch, where the weights are heavy material enclosed in a pocket in the towel that allows the weight to conform to the limb, or the foot and toes when pressed against.
Abstract: An intermediate product for a vacuum insulation panel includes an outer covering member having a sealed space, a core material disposed in the sealed space and having heat insulation properties, and a first gas absorbent disposed in the sealed space, sealed by a container having gas barrier properties and absorbing a first specific gas, wherein the first specific gas is sealed in the sealed space, and an unsealing member configured to unseal the container when a pressing force is applied from an outside is attached to the container.
Abstract: A fiber laminate W is configured by laminating first to fourth fiber layers. The fiber laminate is provided with a taper section, in which the thickness changes depending on the position in the longitudinal direction. The first to fourth fiber layers are formed by discontinuous fibers and are configured with the orientation angles of the discontinuous fibers aligned in one direction. The orientation angles of the discontinuous fibers in the first to fourth fiber layers are different. In addition, the first to fourth fiber layers are provided with thickness changing sections, in which the thickness changes continuously while the density of fibers is kept constant irrespective of the position in the longitudinal direction. The taper section is configured by stacking the thickness changing sections. The change amount of the thickness of each thickness changing section is the same irrespective of the position in the longitudinal direction.
Abstract: A printable blank sheet includes a sheet with a first layer and a second layer attached to a bottom side of the first layer, slit-over-perforation line in the sheet, and an object held in the sheet. The slit-over-perforation lines define a periphery of the object in the sheet. The slit-over-perforation lines include cuts running through the first layer, and perforations running through the second layer underneath the cuts running through the first layer. A method for creating custom print objects includes running a printable blank sheet through a printer, wherein the sheet includes slit-over-perforation lines defining a periphery of an object in the sheet. The sheet is bent along the slit-over-perforation lines to weaken and separate the slit-over-perforation lines, and the object is detached from the sheet.

Abstract: A solid-lubricated metal cutter and processing method relates to the technical field of metal cutters. A surface texture morphology is worked out on a metal cutter, a solid lubricant is filled into the surface texture morphology, and a convex dam is arranged on the cutter surface on which surface texture morphology is located at a chip flow side. The surface texture morphology has micro-pit and micro-boss features, and can exert antifriction effect of a solid lubricant and anti-adhesion effect of micro-protrusions. The convex dam is arranged at an end of the micro-texture region away from the cutting blade, so that a part of the solid lubricant flows back to the texture region and thereby the utilization efficiency and retentiveness of the solid lubricant are improved.

Abstract: A vehicle interior panel includes a foam layer formed from a liquid foam precursor between a substrate and a visible decorative skin layer that has perforations formed therethrough. In some cases, the perforations are associated with a line of stitching sewn into and through the skin layer. A sealing film is located beneath the skin layer in the perforated region to prevent the liquid foam precursor from leaking through the perforations during foam formation. The sealing film extends beyond the perforated region and into a non-perforated region, in some cases extending substantially over the entire back side of the skin layer. In this manner, the edges of the sealing film do not cause visual blemishes on the visible surface of the decorative skin layer over time.
