Abstract: Various embodiments of containers are described having child-resistant closures. The containers can include a body having at least one wall that at least partially defines a hollow interior portion into which goods or other products can be stored. A wall of at least one of the body and cap can include a set of apertures that collectively define a compression region, which acts a living spring to allow compression of the wall to permit seating of lugs or other projection within notches.

Abstract: The container with a lid attached to a threaded closure mechanism includes a receptacle having a mouth surrounded by a thread, a lid, a sealing ring and a closure mechanism formed by a disc with a hollow interior and a perimetral tubular skirt provided with an engagement configuration complementary to the thread of the receptacle. The closure mechanism surrounds the lid and holds it against the mouth of the receptacle by means of a threaded attachment between the engagement configuration of the closure mechanism and the thread of the receptacle, assuring proper hermetic closure of the lid with the receptacle in cooperation with the sealing ring and a retainer element connected to the closure mechanism to constrict an insertion passage thereof thereby retaining the lid into the closure mechanism.

Abstract: A tray module includes a tray in which a plurality of display device components are alternately stackable with a plurality of protective sheets. Each of a protective sheet among the plurality of protective sheets includes: a first polymer layer including a first polymer resin which is foamed, and top and bottom surfaces opposite to each other; a second polymer layer on each of the top and bottom surfaces of the first polymer layer, the second polymer layer including a second polymer resin; and a paper layer defining an outer surface of the protective sheet.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention provide a storage container including a roof and two opposing side walls. At least one of the roof and the two side walls comprises a panel member including an inner skin, an outer skin, and a core between the inner skin and the outer skin. The panel member also including an inner skin trailing edge extending beyond the core and the outer skin and an outer skin leading edge, opposite the inner skin trailing edge, extending beyond the core and the inner skin. A viscoelastic tape is provided along the trailing edge and leading edge to maintain the position of the panel. Multiple panels can be joined with an adhesive material, with the viscoelastic tape maintaining the connection between the panels while the adhesive material sets and preventing the adhesive material from exiting past the trailing and leading edges.

Abstract: The Invention is a standard set of round, cylindrical and spherical pieces that form objects to hold other objects and food, to transport things and to build modular elegant and beautiful constructions. For example, the Invention's pieces can be used as spherical flowerpots that are arranged along a walkway with flowers, and those same flowerpots can be stacked to support a flowerpot a few feet off the ground. Furthermore, the flowerpots can be stacked to form columns that vines grow on. Pieces can be made exponentially larger and smaller, and features on pieces can also be made exponentially larger and smaller, while maintaining compatibility within the system of Invention pieces. For example, the stacked boxes that are FIG. 33 can be elongated to stack in a manner that forms the pattern of a standard brick wall's interlocking pieces.

Abstract: A fuel-storage tank for a vehicle includes a body defining an interior volume having a floor and a ceiling and configured to store fuel. The tank further includes an anti-slosh reinforcement column extending between the floor and the ceiling. The anti-slosh reinforcement column has a vertical baffle extending between the floor and the ceiling. The vertical baffle has opposing first and second major faces and edges extending therebetween. A horizontal baffle of the column has upper and lower major faces and edges extending therebetween. The horizontal baffle is rigidly supported on the vertical baffle such that the first and second major faces are substantially perpendicular to the upper and lower major faces.

According to an exemplary aspect, a delaminatable container, includes a container body having an outer shell and an inner bag, the inner bag delaminating from the outer shell and being shrunk with a decrease in contents, wherein the container body includes a bottom seal protrusion protruding from a bottom surface of a storage portion to store the contents, and the bottom seal protrusion is a sealing portion of, in blow molding using a cylindrical laminated parison provided with an outer layer constituting the outer shell and an inner layer constituting the inner bag, the laminated parison and is bent.

Abstract: Tamper resistant systems and devices and methods of forming the same are disclosed. A tamper resistant system includes a container having a container body defining a cavity having a threaded opening therein, a threaded closure removably covering the threaded opening, and a frangible component including a length of material having a first end and a second end. The first end is integrated with the container body such that the frangible component and the container body have a single piece construction and the frangible component extends from the container body. The second end is coupled to the threaded closure. Subsequent removal of the threaded closure from the container causes damage to at least one of the frangible component, the threaded closure, and the container body. The frangible component, the threaded closure, and the container body are at least partially constructed of an environmentally friendly material.

Abstract: An assembly for a fluid tank includes a baffle and a fluid transfer line. The baffle includes a first deflecting surface defining a first part of the tank and a second deflecting surface defining a second part of the tank. The fluid transfer line extends from the first part to the second part and is linked to the baffle by a linkage supported by the assembly. The extension of the fluid transfer line in the first part defines a first portion of the fluid transfer line, and the extension of the fluid transfer line in the second part defines a second portion of the fluid transfer line. The linkage allows for simultaneous rotation of the first portion and the second portion of the fluid transfer line towards a surface including one of the deflecting surfaces.

The base can have a foot arranged in a plane. Abstract: A re-useable partitioning seal used storage containers creates a virtually airtight chambers, to preserve products therein. A disc or differently shaped layer, with flat top and bottom surfaces, is configured to fit against the interior surface of a storage container. A thin, flexible perimeter forming a gasket around the layer, and a handle attached to the layer without fissure or cavity, thereby providing and a single piece, inexpensive re-useable partitioning seal.

Abstract: A basket for lining an ice chest includes four flexible walls configured to roll up, a bottom, and at least two handles. At least one wall includes perforations configured to allow water or ice to pass through the perforations. The four flexible walls are made of silicone, rubber, elastic, or any combination thereof.

Abstract: A portable pet canteen having a flexible bladder with peripheral edges and defining a footprint, an upper wall of the bladder defining an upper mouth, and a cavity being formed within the bladder. A rigid inner scaffold is secured to the upper mouth of the bladder and extends into the cavity. The inner scaffold has a height defined by side walls, the side walls having apertures for passage of water. An upper lid secures to an upper edge of the rigid inner scaffold such as with mating threads to form a closure such that the portable pet canteen is watertight. Water may be retained within the bladder until such time as the upper lid is removed and the canteen placed on the ground for the pet to drink from within the inner scaffold which provides a relatively wide opening. The canteen may be placed within a flexible outer cover for protection, which can also have various handles or straps for ease of transportation.

Abstract: In some embodiments, apparatuses and methods provided herein are useful for dispensing a fluid, such as a thixotropic fluid. In some embodiments, a bottle having a closure cap includes a flip top, a base, and a disk, where the base and disk define a mixing chamber configured to facilitate mixing of any serum or liquid separated from the fluid back therein. In some configurations, the base has a central opening through which the fluid exits and an internal shaft with a non-planar end surface opposite the central opening. In some configurations, the non-planar end surface and the disk define channels between the mixing chamber and the internal shaft. In some embodiments, the disk includes a central opening, a plurality of partial annular openings through a planar surface of the disk, and projections extending into the mixing chamber.
