Abstract: Methods and systems for generating search results are disclosed. In some examples, one or more keywords are extracted from one or more stored reviews associated with a merchant offering. A first extracted keyword is associated with a stored listing of the merchant offering. The first extracted keyword may be absent from the stored listing. In response to a search query that includes the first keyword, a set of search results is provided, where the set of search results includes the listing associated with the first keyword.

Abstract: An information processing apparatus includes an itemized reliability level calculation unit configured to calculate a first reliability level, wherein the first reliability level is a reliability level of classification target data, and a second reliability level, wherein the second reliability level is a reliability level of a label associated with the classification target data, a learning data reliability level calculation unit configured to calculate a learning data reliability level of learning data including the classification target data and the label based on the first reliability level and the second reliability level, and a classification model learning unit configured to formulate a classification model for giving a label to desired classification target data based on plural pieces of learning data and learning data reliability levels.

Abstract: Data for interactions performed by users through a portal page is collected. The data comprising a plurality of sequences of interactions performed by a user on representations of products displayed in the portal page. The plurality of sequences of interactions are input to train a neural network on temporal dependencies between interactions within a sequence from the plurality of sequences. The plurality of sequences are processed by the neural network through a plurality of learning layers to generate a model for product identification. Upon receiving an interaction by a first user at the portal page in relation to a product from the products and based on the model, identifying a first product from the products to be displayed in the portal page for the first user.

Abstract: Techniques for implementing conflict-free replicated data types in a database are described. A first database replica of a database hosted by a provider network receives an identifier of a first operation to perform on an element stored in the database, the element being of a conflict-free replicated data type. A second database replica of the database receives an identifier of a second operation to perform on the element. The second operation is determined to not conflict with the first operation. The first operation and the second operation are performed on the element stored by the first database replica. The first operation and the second operation are performed on the element stored by the second database replica.

Abstract: In an example embodiment, a solution is used to provide container volume replication via a container storage replication log and volume buffer synchronization, which is built on top of a container cloud platform whose container metadata and replication runtime configuration are all managed by a storage manager (a service orchestrated by its job scheduler and service orchestrator). This container volume replication ensures the data security for a long-running service in the container. In the case of any disaster, the in-memory database and application data inside of the container can be recovered via volume replication. This provides container volume replication for long-running containerized applications whose states keep changing.

Abstract: Systems and methods for providing a consolidated transfer ecosystem are provided. Systems may include a graph database. The graph database may include a plurality of nodes representing a plurality of entities. The system may receive a plurality of transfer requests and represent each transfer request as an edge on the graph database. The system may include a consolidation engine that may consolidate the edges in the graph database to produce a consolidated database. The system may execute the transfers according to the consolidated database.

Abstract: A system is provided for computing system configuration file state identification using decentralized multidimensional snapshots. In particular, the system may generate multiple configuration file and/or system state snapshots from various different computing systems within the network environment. Accordingly, each snapshot taken may represent a unique perspective or dimension of the configuration files and/or system states based on the computing system that is executing the snapshot, and/or the time interval at which the snapshot is executed. Based on the snapshots, the system may use data analytics to compare the snapshots against one another to establish a baseline configuration file and/or system state such that deviations from the baseline may be subsequently detected. In this way, the system provides an effective way to detect changes in configuration files and system states.

Abstract: Methods and systems are provided herein for improved data filtering for use in user interfaces, data visualization, data exploration, and menu operations, which solve the aforementioned problems. Specifically, embodiments disclosed herein relate to improved data structuring for computer devices that provides efficient organization, filtering, and/or navigation in a user interface in order to improve how hierarchical data is displayed and filtered, particularly with regard to small displays or displays of data that aim to be efficient, intuitive, or easy to use.

Abstract: An Orchestrated Data Recovery (ODR) Cyber Protection Automation (CPA) operates to ensure one-to-one creation of snapsets of a production site and corresponding snapsets of a cyber vault. During an initiation phase, the ODR CPA monitors synchronization of a snapset of production volumes from the production site to the cyber vault. If additional snapsets of the production volumes are created prior to completion of synchronization of the first snapset, the additional snapsets are also synchronized to the cyber vault. Once the initial synchronization of the storage volumes has been completed, the ODR CPA causes a Storage Volume Creation and Management System (SVCMS) to create a snapset of the storage volumes at the cyber vault. Subsequently, each time a snapset is created of the production site, the ODR CPA orchestrates synchronization of the snapset to the cyber vault and creation of a corresponding snapset at the cyber vault.

Abstract: Systems, devices, and methods of the present invention create a searchable index that includes informative portions of text. In an example, a computer-implemented method creates a discourse tree from a body of text. For each non-terminal node in the discourse tree, the method identifies a rhetorical relationship associated with the non-terminal node. The method labels each terminal node associated with the non-terminal node as either a nucleus or a satellite. The method further accesses a rule associated with the rhetorical relationship, and selects, based on the rule, selects the fragment associated with the nucleus. The method creates a searchable index including the selected fragments.

Abstract: Methods and systems for processing subjective queries are described. A query is received from a user. The method involves determining whether the query is subjective. In response to determining that the query is subjective, a plurality of people qualified to answer the query are identified. Moreover, a subset of the plurality of people who are available to answer the query are identified, and the query is transmitted to the subset of people available to answer the query. The received responses to the transmitted query from each of the people in the subset are then generated for display.

Abstract: In one approach, a set of data blocks or files is tracked for changes between snapshots. This may be done by a file system filter running in kernel mode. The data blocks or files that are tagged as unchanged are not transferred to backup because there is no need to update since the last backup. Other data blocks and files may be first tested for change, for example by comparing digital fingerprints of the current data versus the previously backed up data, before transferring to backup.

Abstract: There is provided an information processing device including a display control unit configured to display pieces of content at a first position of a screen, a condition setting unit configured to set a clustering condition for the pieces of content in accordance with a user operation, and a clustering unit configured to classify the pieces of content into a cluster in accordance with the clustering condition. A second text document of the plurality of text documents is classified based on the plurality of classification rules as belonging to none of the one or more document categories. One or more document fingerprints are generated for respective first text documents in the one or more document categories. The second text document is classified into one of the one or more document categories based on the one or more document fingerprints.

Abstract: Techniques and systems are described for analytics system entity resolution. Typed higher-order node combinations are determined within a dataset, and an amount of similarity between two arbitrary nodes within the dataset is determined based on the typed higher-order node combinations. The amount of similarity enables the digital analytics to accurately perform source resolution of portions of the dataset to a respective source, and may be utilized to control output of digital content to a client device.

Abstract: A system and method are disclosed for rendering printed documents tamper evident. Examples render classes of documents tamper evident with cryptographic level security or detect tampering events, where such security was previously unavailable, for example, in documents printed using common printers without special paper or ink. Examples enable proving the date of document content without the need for expensive third party archival, including documents held, since their creation, entirely in secrecy or in untrustworthy environments, such as on easily-altered, publicly-accessible internet sites. Examples can use a document's prior registration date in a blockchain to establish a no-later than date-of-existence for that document. Examples can extend the useful life of integrity verification algorithms, such as hash functions, even when applied to binary executable files.

Individual columnar databases or columnar database partitions are associated with a dictionary that provides an encoding for the data in the columnar database. The database service generates count information for the dictionary entries. The database service also maintains one or more augmented dictionary values that correspond to featurization criteria. The database service applies the augmented dictionary values to respond to requests for feature data.

Abstract: A request for performing a data storing operation directed to a database table that comprises a plurality of table columns is received. Columnar compression metadata is accessed to identify one or more table columns in the database table, each of the one or more table columns being designated to store compressed columnar values. The columnar compression metadata is used to apply one or more columnar compression methods to generate, from one or more uncompressed columnar values received with the request for the data storing operation, one or more compressed columnar values to be persisted in the one or more table columns in the database table. A database statement is executed to persist the one or more compressed columnar values in the one or more table columns in the database table.
