  • Patent number: 11115443
Abstract: The disclosed system captures real-time data regarding a mobile device user's receptivity to interacting, need to interact, and likely availability for interacting; matches this data with that of a second party; and facilitates the connection of the mobile device user to the second party for a mutually beneficial interaction. The second party could be a friend or peer, or an organization/enterprise. Overall, the integrated system saves time, money, and effort of both parties by reducing or eliminating unnecessary attempts to connect where there is an insufficient likelihood of interaction success.

  • Patent number: 11102281
Abstract: This present invention is directed towards a container orchestration system such as Kubernetes in which pods monitor themselves to determine if they are likely to require additional resources or vertical scaling within a given timeframe. If the pod determines that it will need additional processing power it notifies the state manager to begin allocating these resources on the same node or a different virtual or physical node before the CPU usage reaches 99%+. The state manager receives this request and allocates the necessary resources ahead of time. When the pod's CPU usage reaches 99%+, the state manager will remove the pod from the existing node and moves the application to the new pod on a different node in which sufficient resources are allocated. This invention brings about efficient utilization of nodes.

  • Patent number: 11095720
Abstract: Equipments and methods for a mediator server controlling communication between clients and service provider(s). Clients are associated with a client identifier address. The mediator uses multiple addresses for receiving communications from the clients regarding the provider(s). The mediator sends to the clients a set of inquiry messages pertaining to the service provider, in a first communication format and associated with a particular reply address. The mediator receives reply message(s) from the clients at the particular reply address, the reply message including the client identifier address and a reply generated at the client terminal device. The mediator sends the client terminal device(s) service continuation information by which the client(s) can continue service provisioning in a second communication format which is different from the first communication format.

  • Patent number: 10965535
Abstract: A method of dynamically controlling use of a shared computing resource by a set of virtual-computing sessions of a client computing device includes state identification operations on per-virtual-channel event data to identify activity states of virtual channels of the sessions, performing a resource allocation operation on activity state data including (i) accumulating activity state data for all virtual channels of each session to produce per-session activity values, and (ii) using the per-session activity values to generate resource usage control signals representing a target pattern of use of the shared computing resource by the sessions based on their activity values. An enforcement operation uses the resource usage control signals to establish the target pattern of use of the shared resource of the sessions.

  • Patent number: 10911380
Abstract: A network-based solution for automatically processing large email attachments or other files during migration between email platforms or other platforms, as may be embodied by various systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable storage media, may involve downloading mailboxes from a source email platform and inspecting the mailboxes for emails containing attachment files. The solution may involve determining a file size of any detected attachment, comparing the file size of the detected attachment file to a predetermined attachment size limit, and uploading a copy of the detected attachment to a storage server for storage when the comparison determines that the file size of the detected attachment file exceeds the predetermined attachment size limit. The solution may further include modifying the email by replacing the detected attachment with a link to the copy of the detected attachment stored at the storage server and then migrating the modified email to the target email platform.

  • Patent number: 10880358
Abstract: Techniques are described herein for identifying issues related to digital interactions. For example, a detection system may be provided to analyze suspect sessions to determine if one or more stages associated with the suspect sessions are underperforming compared to corresponding stages associated with similar sessions. The detection system may provide a user interface that allows a user to select one or more attributes that may be associated with one or more sessions. Selection of the one or more attributes may identify multiple sessions (referred to as suspect sessions herein). The one or more suspect sessions may be analyzed to determine whether one or more stages associated with the one or more suspect sessions are underperforming compared to corresponding stages associated with one or more other sessions determined to be similar to the one or more suspect sessions.

  • Patent number: 10785142
Abstract: An inter-provider network architecture system is disclosed. In particular, the system may enable a service provider network and a partner network to take advantage of each other's network cores, such that the resources of the service provider network and the partner network may be more effectively utilized to service customers of both networks. By doing so, not only can the service provider network and the partner network take advantage of each other's network resources, but they can also give each other's customers broader network reach into regions that are not typically serviced by their own networks. The service provider network may effectively accomplish this by providing a limited view of the service provider network to the partner network, or vice versa, so that traffic and data can flow between the networks without each network having to be fully aware of each other's entire network topologies.
