Abstract: Disclosed is a method of processing item sales information by an electronic apparatus including acquiring a purchase request including item information related to an item selected by a user and information related to a payment means, providing a purchase response including approval information corresponding to the purchase request before proceeding with payment through the payment means in response to the purchase request when the information related to the payment means satisfies a first condition, transmitting a release request for the item to a first server; and requesting payment for at least some of an amount corresponding to one or more purchase requests related to the payment means according to an arrival of settlement timing corresponding to the payment means.

Abstract: Systems, methods apparatuses, and computer-readable media for analyzing vehicle accident claim information from a vehicle that is deemed a total loss, as well as historical data, to determine whether one or more parts from the vehicle are available for reuse is presented. In some examples, aspects may also relate to determining whether the parts available for reuse should be stored by the entity using the system (e.g., the insurance company) for future use in the repair of other vehicles, such as other vehicles insured by the insurance company, or should be sold. The determination to store or sell the part may be based, at least in part, on historical data of the entity.

Abstract: A device may run an application having information with multiple accounts associated with processing of transactions. The application may provide account information that is used to process the transactions. At the same time, a background application may operate on the device. The background application may be compatible with a second device, and when within range of the second device, may communicate background messages relevant to the transaction. The transaction may then be processed based on the account information and the background messages.

Abstract: Methods and systems for identifying and correcting abnormal electrical activity about a home or other structure are provided. An electricity monitoring device may monitor electrical activity including transmission of electricity via an electrical distribution board to devices about the home. Electrical activity may be correlated with respective electrical devices to build an electrical profile associated with the structure. In response to a claimed damage to the structure or to electric devices therein, some electrical activity may be compared to the electrical profile to determine whether the damage occurred voluntarily or involuntarily.

Abstract: Arrangements for facial recognition and processing are provided. In some aspects, a request to process a transaction may be received. In response to the request, image data of the user may be captured. The image data may be analyzed using one or more facial recognition techniques. If the user cannot be identified, payment information may be requested from the user. If the user can be identified, the user may be identified and user profile data associated with the user may be retrieved. In some examples, the user profile data may include user contact information, user device identifying information, and the like. User device data may be extracted from the user profile data and a notification including an instruction to initiate payment processing may be generated. The notification may then be transmitted to the user device identified from the extracted data and the instruction may be executed to initiate payment processing.

Abstract: The invention teaches a decentralized autonomous organization (“DAO”) that manages a network of micro home businesses via a secure communication environment. A service provider curates active and passive income opportunities and provides training courses for worker users. A worker user selects a home configured to enable their preferred income opportunities then applies for a mortgage. The mortgage is pre-approved then a bridge loan is provided for construction. After construction is completed, the mortgage retires the bridge loan. Then the worker user occupies the home business and generates active and passive income to pay off the mortgage. Each micro home business is a node in the DAO. The DAO is maintained through competitive bids from service provider users. Disputes are resolved by arbitrator users. The internet of things is used to enable proactive maintenance.

Abstract: Techniques are described for determining data dependent alert profiles to be presented on sender and/or receiver computing devices in response to a request for transfer of a data from the sender to the receiver. The alert profiles are determined based on a value of the data. The sender alert profile may be determined based on the information on sender accounts and the receiver alert profile may be determined based on the information on the receiver account. The alert profiles may be determined based on a history of the data transfer between the sender and the receiver, or account history of either the sender or the receiver, or the history of the data transfer within the system. The alert profiles may be presented on computing devices, for example through haptic actuators, to provide a sense of the data value to the user.
