  • Patent number: 10602080
Abstract: A camera device generates a captured image, extracts flow line information relating to a staying position or a passing position of a moving object, and transmits the generated captured image and the extracted flow line information of the moving object to a server device for each predetermined transmission period. The server device generates a flow line analysis image in which the flow line information of the moving object is superimposed on the captured image and displays the generated flow line analysis image on a displayer. Furthermore, the server device switches a first flow line analysis image in a first predetermined period to a second flow line analysis image in a second predetermined period according to an operation of changing the period, and displays the resulting flow line analysis image.

  • Patent number: 10587858
Abstract: A device and method of dimensioning using digital images and depth data is provided. The device includes a camera and a depth sensing device whose fields of view generally overlap. Segments of shapes belonging to an object identified in a digital image from the camera are identified. Based on respective depth data, from the depth sensing device, associated with each of the segments of the shapes belonging to the object, it is determined whether each of the segments is associated with a same shape belonging to the object. Once all the segments are processed to determine their respective associations with the shapes of the object in the digital image, dimensions of the object are computed based on the respective depth data and the respective associations of the shapes.

  • Patent number: 10531112
Abstract: In a signal processing apparatus for an imaging apparatus, a motion vector generator divides a frame of interest of frames of time-series RAW data that constitute video into macroblocks and generates motion vector information between a macroblock of the frame of interest and a macroblock of a reference frame that corresponds to the macroblock of the frame of interest, the reference frame being a frame preceding the frame of interest. A determination unit determines whether the macroblock of the frame of interest is a target of development, based on the motion vector information. A development unit develops a macroblock that is determined as being the target of development, to generate a frame of interest. A composition unit copies and composites the developed macroblock of the reference frame based on the motion vector information to a position of a macroblock of the frame of interest that is determined as not being the target of development.

Abstract: An in-vehicle device includes a gesture detection unit for recognizing a user's hand at a predetermined range; an information control unit controlling information output to a display; and an in-vehicle device control unit receiving input from a control unit equipped in a vehicle to control the in-vehicle device. When the gesture detection unit detects a user's hand at a predetermined position, the output information control unit triggers the display to display candidates of an operation executed by the in-vehicle device control unit by associating the candidates with the user's hand motions. When the gesture detection unit detects the user's hand, and the user's hand has thereafter moved from the position, the information control unit changes a selection method or a control guide of the operation to be executed by the in-vehicle device control unit, which is displayed on the display, to subject matter which matches the control unit.

  • Patent number: 10466395
Abstract: A system such as a vehicle system, building, or electrical equipment may be provided with one or more optical components. The optical components may include a near-infrared camera or other components that operate at near-infrared wavelengths. A visible-light-reflecting-and-infrared-light-transmitting layer may overlap the optical component. This overlapping layer may have first and second index-matched layers and an interposed textured layer. The textured layer may be a thin-film interference filter or other coating that is configured to reflect visible light while transmitting infrared light. The transmitted infrared light may pass to the optical component with minimal wavefront distortion due to the index matching of the first and second layers. The texture of the textured layer may cause visible light to reflect diffusely and thereby provide the visible-light-reflecting-and-infrared-light-transmitting layer with a matte appearance.
