Abstract: The present invention provides a hot vacuum drying device applied for a flexible substrate. By respectively improving the first support pin (5) and the second support pin (6) of the hot vacuum drying device to be an insertion structure or a layer jacket structure, which can accelerate heat conduction to make a temperature difference between a contact part of the substrate (7) with the first support pin (5) or the second support pin (6) and a non-contact part of the substrate (7) with the first support pin (5) or the second support pin (6) decrease and to make heating uniform, and thus to reduce pin muras caused by the support pins, and to allow an appropriate increase in the amount of the support pins in a middle zone for reducing the film unevenness due to sagging of the substrate.

  • Patent number: 10371377
Abstract: A burner assembly combines oxygen and fuel to produce a flame. The burner assembly includes an oxygen supply tube adapted to receive a stream of oxygen and a solid fuel conduit arranged to extend through the oxygen tube to convey a stream of fluidized, pulverized, solid fuel into a flame chamber. Oxygen flowing through the oxygen supply tube passes generally tangentially through a first set of oxygen-injection holes formed in the solid fuel conduit and off-tangentially from a second set of oxygen-injection holes formed in the solid fuel conduit and then mixes with fluidized, pulverized, solid fuel passing through the solid fuel conduit to create an oxygen-fuel mixture in a downstream portion of the solid fuel conduit. This mixture is discharged into a flame chamber and ignited in the flame chamber to produce a flame.

  • Patent number: 10364985
Abstract: A bio-fuel furnace for use in waste management, non-combustible particulate collection and useable energy production. The bio-fuel furnace includes a combustion unit, a particle separator, an airflow management system. The combustion unit includes a modular ceramic core of stacked cylindrical sections, which store thermal energy. The stacked core sections form an internal combustion chamber and an expansion chamber. The airflow management system regulates airflow through the combustion unit and the particle separator forcing super heated ambient air into the combustion unit and drawing exhaust air from the particle separator to precisely control both the combustion process and the storage of useable thermal energy. The airflow management system includes a series of preheat coils wrapped around the ceramic core, an inlet fan which forces ambient air through the coil into the combustion unit and an exhaust fan that draws exhaust air through the separator and from the combustion unit.
