A surface on the guide in the other handle part (5) intended for coaction with the end portion (3) of the tool is displaced laterally in relation to a corresponding surface in the hole (6). The two handle parts (4, 5) are resiliently movable relative to one another, to permit reduction in the displacement between the surfaces in conjunction with inserting the end portion (3) of the tool into the handle (1). The end portion of the tool is automatically clamped firmly in the handle as the handle parts tend to spring back to their original positions.

The fastening screw is provided with a threaded section which engages the projection.

The elongate member is bent about the flexible central portion into a U-shape, and the bag handles are disposed a within the interior of the U-shaped member and supported upon the central portion. The tubular portions (25 and 26) are snap-fitted together, one within the other, and together form the single wheel which has two rims (27 and 28). The roller bearing (22) is fitted into the bore of the tubular portion (26) whereby the single wheel is supported thereon for rotation. The tubular portion (26) provides a plain bearing support for the tubular portion (25) of the other disc (14). Relative angular movement between the discs (14 and 15) is possible because of that.

The invention also includes an actuating mechanism that allows for wide range of rotation with absolute reputability. The actuating mechanism utilizes a main pivot roller that incorporates two indexing detents.     Abstract: A plate that is attached to a shaft to remove a door closer from the door completely. A door holder is used to set the plate in an "open" position, out of the way of the door. Once the plate is in the open position, the door is free to open and close without any force on it at all. If there is an emergency, the door holder releases the plate. The door closer then moves the plate against the door and closes the door. Once the door is closed, the plate can be reset by opening the door until the door holder is again engaged. In this way, people can operate the door without exertion while they are protected from emergencies.
