  • Patent number: 11615537
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods and devices for image or frame processing including an apparatus, e.g., a GPU. In some aspects, the apparatus may identify a discontinuity between at least one first region of a first frame and at least one second region of a second frame, the at least one first region corresponding to the at least one second region. The apparatus may also determine whether the discontinuity between the at least one first region and the at least one second region is greater than or equal to a motion estimation threshold. The apparatus may also skip a motion estimation for the at least one first region and the at least one second region when the discontinuity between the at least one first region and the at least one second region is greater than or equal to the motion estimation threshold.

  • Patent number: 11605166
Abstract: Data gathered from a continual data source is converted into an image and represented by a rectilinear grid defining a grid of pixels. Each pixel in each axis unit of one axis is examined in parallel using a graphic processor unit (GPU) to determine whether any pixels exceed a predefined threshold. Those pixels that exceed the threshold are identified as positive return pixels. Within each axis unit groups of positive return pixels are identified based on a first axis epsilon. Adjacent groups of positive return pixels are assembled by merging the axis units based on a second axis epsilon. Groups of positive return pixels grouped together according to the first axis epsilon and the second axis epsilon are classified and reported as a signal.

  • Patent number: 11587253
Abstract: A method, apparatus and computer program product utilize digital signatures to efficiently identify objects of interest within images and cause graphical presentation data to be accurately displayed for the objects of interest. The method receives one or more images generated by an image capture device. The method determines one or more digital signatures associated with one or more objects within the one or more images. Based on the one or more digital signatures, the method also determines graphical data placement information comprising one or more graphical data placement regions for the one or more objects. The method also receives graphical presentation data comprising one or more graphical assets. The method also causes display of the graphical presentation data that includes overlaying at least one graphical asset of the one or more graphical assets on the at least one graphical data placement region.

  • Patent number: 11562475
Abstract: Disclosed herein is method and fault detection system for detecting faults in one or more products. In an embodiment, method comprises generating plurality of wavelet coefficients corresponding to transformed images of each of the one or more products and determining a set of invariant features from the plurality of wavelet coefficients. Further, a dynamic set of invariant features is generated by grouping invariant features into a set of groups based on type of the one or more products. Subsequently, the dynamic set of invariant features is quantized based on a predetermined quantization threshold and a representative coefficient signature is associated for each group in the dynamic set of invariant features. Finally, faults in the one or more products are detected by comparing coefficient signatures associated with the one or more products with the representative coefficient signature of each group in the dynamic set of invariant features.

  • Patent number: 11561832
Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to a novel system for using a distributed register to generate, manage, and store data for interest-pooled time deposit resource accounts. The invention leverages a pooled resource account approach, allowing for multiple disparate resource accounts to benefit from an enhanced interest return by pooling resource accounts. The system components of the invention contemplate the use of distributed register technology to provide a verified ledger of information related to one or more resource accounts, as well as store system data, user data, and metadata related to the movement and management of resources. By using a distributed register approach to store and verify data related to time-dependent resource account services, the invention provides an automated system and methods for enhancing the flow of sensitive verified information, reducing the need for manual review and increasing the speed at which various resource account services can be validated and executed.

  • Patent number: 11544951
Abstract: Postal, package, and grocery deliveries are performed routinely everywhere around the world. Currently, the delivery truck drives slowly, and the postman or delivery man goes from one house to another. The postman already has a box that he carries with the sorted letters for a few of the contiguous houses, stops the truck, and walks to the different houses in the bunch, and then moves the truck and goes to the next bunch of houses. In this invention, the package delivery truck will automatically follow the mailman while still staying close to the curb to minimize traffic issues. Here, the autonomous package or delivery truck could actually go in front of the mailman to look for a good spot for the next cluster, or can wait for the mailman that is close to the last house of the current cluster, pick him up, and drop off at the center of the next cluster, or at the first house of the next cluster. In addition, there are robots that replace the function of the human (mailman or grocery delivery man).
