  • Patent number: 11947485
Abstract: A board portal system provides the ability to manage multiple boards, where each of the boards may be a separate legal entity. The board portal may provide the ability to establish links between the multiple boards and create parent-child relationships with subsidiary boards. With the board portal, users can create content and make it viewable and accessible across multiple boards that related through a parent-child relationship. At the same time, the board portal maintains a requisite level of separation between the related boards in the portal using encryption and/or other separation techniques. As a result, the board portal facilitates flexible workflow patterns and communication processes based on the proper hierarchical structure that exists between the parent organization and its subsidiaries.

  • Patent number: 11936742
Abstract: Proxy servers within a service provider infrastructure are enabled to maintain multiple persistent connections among themselves and to exchange data bi-directionally in an unsolicited manner. Specifically, exit proxy servers are enabled to request their respective proxy supernodes to update the already existing network connection to support Web Socket communication channels. Accordingly, the respective proxy supernodes are enabled to update the network connection with the exit proxy servers to support WebSocket communication channels. A single instance of a proxy supernode and an exit proxy server can maintain multiple Web Socket communication channels with each other. By utilizing the said Web Socket communication channels, the proxy supernode and the exit proxy servers can exchange data with each other simultaneously without any data losses.

  • Patent number: 11936677
Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to system and method for assessing insider influence on enterprise assets. Existing work focuses on the detection of insider threat and does not consider the influence of an insider on their peers and subordinates. The present disclosure aggregates and preprocesses the enterprise data specific to the individuals received from various sources, and further creates an enterprise graph between entities. Weights of every edge connected between any two entities in the enterprise graph is then calculated. Community of the individuals are detected wherein, relevant insider(s) are identified, and susceptibility of the individuals for probable influence by relevant insider(s) based on the analysis scenarios(s) is calculated. Paths taken by the relevant insider(s) is calculated for estimating probability of data loss.

  • Patent number: 11917023
Abstract: Methods and apparatus for fast session restoration of user sessions in a network node are suitable for latency sensitive applications. The fast session restoration techniques take advantage of the layered architecture of a network node and stores layer-specific descriptors that describe the states of corresponding service layers of a network node for an active session. When a failure of the network nodes occurs, the descriptors are used to achieve a seamless and fast session restoration.

  • Patent number: 11902244
Abstract: A network includes at least two nodes that employ a routing protocol to communicate across a network. One of the nodes is a parent node and another of the nodes is a child node of the parent node. An address generator assigns a unique network address to the child node by appending an address value of a number of bits to a parent address of the parent node to create the unique network address for the child node.

  • Patent number: 11895209
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, that enable clients to claims spots on client-initiated segments. In one aspect, a method includes receiving, from a device of a creator, data specifying a client-initiated segment created by the creator through an interface presented at the device. A determination is made, based on the number of spots being claimed by the creator, that the client-initiated segment includes one or more available spots that are available to be claimed by clients other than the creator. A proper subset of the clients that are transmitted a notification that the client-initiated segment is available is created from a set of clients. For each client in the proper subset of clients, the notification that the client-initiated segment is available is transmitted to the client and the client is enabled to claim a spot on the client-initiated segment.

  • Patent number: 11870739
Abstract: There is much data that is currently not being captured during user interaction with mobile apps that could provide insight into how to effectively address a user concern. Capturing such data may allow auto-adjustments of operational responses provided by mobile apps in response to detecting anomalous user inputs. Such anomalous user inputs may include keyboard dynamics or mobile device movement that deviate from an average or user specific levels. Such anomalous user inputs may indicate that a user concern is particularly urgent. Auto-adjustments to operation of a mobile app may include initiating targeted chatbot or live chat responses.

  • Patent number: 11870659
Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatuses for industrial equipment diagnostics are disclosed. Specifically, a bus controller operatively connected to a processor is physically connected to two or more controller area network (CAN) buses, wherein each CAN bus operates according to a different protocol. The bus controller is configured to control the rate at which messages are received on certain buses by adjusting parameters such as a baud rate and sample rate. The bus controller is further configured to filter or mask certain CAN bus messages based on identifiers within the messages. The bus controller is operatively connected to a remote processing system for processing the CAN bus messages from their raw data format into a useable format. The remote processing system performs diagnostic analysis on the processed CAN bus messages, and furthermore performs predictive analytics on the processed CAN bus messages to identify patterns or discrete events indicative of future system failures.

  • Patent number: 11848843
Abstract: Anomalies in network traffic are detected using machine learning. A plurality of machine learning models is employed to determine whether there are anomalies in network traffic of an MPLS (Multiprotocol Label Switching) network that can affect the performance of devices in the network. A first machine learning model is trained on network traffic passed through network tunnels of a plurality of routers in the network. A second machine learning model is trained on router-specific network traffic passed through router-specific network traffic for a subset of the network tunnels associated with a particular router. The first machine learning model is employed to determine a network anomaly, and the second machine learning model is employed to determine a router-specific anomaly. A router error is identified when both a network anomaly and a router-specific anomaly are determined. An indication of the router error is communicated to a computing device.
