  • Patent number: 11812698
Abstract: The disclosure provided herein is directed to a bale accumulator that receives a bale and then using an intake conveyor transports the bale onto the bale accumulator. A push ram removes the bale from the intake conveyor and onto a flip tray that flips the bale onto an edge of the bale and onto a trough ram. The trough ram pushes the bale onto a trough that when filled with bales by the trough ram actuates a fence ram. The fence ram moves the bales onto a bed. When the bed is filled or at the selection of an operator, an unloading assembly moves the bales off the bed and onto a ground surface, which is facilitated by the bed having a dovetail assembly that lowers the bed to the ground surface. An adjustable fence allows modification to the number of bales that can fit onto the bed.

  • Patent number: 11787646
Abstract: A method and system for stacking coils in which a coil stacker lifting head can be used to raise one or more coils from a conveyor assembly. The coil stacker lifting head can be automatically actuated using a actuating cylinder and a counter balance cylinder. The coil stacker lifting head can include an expanding mandrel to grab opposite edges of the coil and lift the coil. One or more of the coils can be lifted from a conveyor assembly by the coil stacker lifting head. After the one or more coils are lifted, a carriage assembly can transport the lifted one or more coils to a desired position. Once the one or more coils reach the desired position, the one or more coils are lowered to a surface. Upon reaching the surface, the mandrel automatically collapses to release the one or more coils and the mandrel is released from the coils.

  • Patent number: 11780691
Abstract: An image processing apparatus includes an apparatus main body, a sheet feed cassette, a pull-in member, and a biasing member. The sheet feed cassette is provided to be insertable into the apparatus main body. The pull-in member pushes the sheet feed cassette from a pull-in start position to a pull-in complete position to pull in the sheet feed cassette to the apparatus main body. The biasing member biases the pull-in member in the insertion direction. The biasing force of the biasing member in the state where the pull-in member is at a first position closer to the pull-in complete position than the pull-in start position is larger than the biasing force of the biasing member in the state where the pull-in member is at a second position closer to the pull-in start position than the first position.

  • Patent number: 11661290
Abstract: A system for forming horizontally stacked groups of containers includes an infeed screw set, an orienting screw set, and a grouping mechanism. Containers are presented to the infeed screw in a vertical orientation, and are progressed from the infeed screw set to the orienting screw set via a transitioning pocket defined by overlapping pockets of the infeed and orienting screw sets. As containers are progressed through the orienting screw the containers are rotated via a series of orienting pockets to a horizontal orientation and progressed via a series of nesting pockets to form a series of horizontally nested containers. The series is discharged to a grouping mechanism which separates a predefined number of containers from the series to form a horizontally stacked group, which is outfed from the stacking system.
