Abstract: A ball cap is provided that has a crown that has a highest crown point located in a vertical direction and a lowest crown point located in the vertical direction. A brim extends forward of the crown in a longitudinal direction of the ball cap, and the brim extends in the vertical direction to a highest brim point. The highest brim point is closer to the highest crown point in the vertical direction than to the lowest crown point in the vertical direction. In other versions of the ball cap, a crown is provided in the ball cap and in yet further versions portions of the crown can be covered by the brim.

Abstract: A hat capable of also be used as a face mask. The hat can include a front portion and a conversion member comprising a horizontal retaining strap and a single upwardly extending strap whose both ends are attached to the horizontal strap or a pair of separate straps with a first end of each of the separate straps being secured to the horizontal strap and the second ends of the separate straps being positioned or secured at a top area of the front portion of the hat. The straps can be elastic or stretchable. The horizontal strap has a first end secured to a left lower area of the front portion of the hat and a second end secured to a right lower area of the front portion of the hat.

Abstract: Wearable fogging apparatus and methods of their manufacture and use are disclosed. In one embodiment, the wearable fogging apparatus consists of a graphics T-shirt that includes graphics disposed thereon. The graphics may include both a permeable portion, through which gases are able to pass therethrough, as well as a non-permeable portion, through which gases are not able to pass therethrough (or are otherwise able to minimize the theatrical effect of gases passing therethrough). A wearer of the wearable fogging apparatus may then emit a fogging agent into, for example, a non-permeable bladder and the vapor may then seep through permeable portions of the graphics T-shirt thereby producing a theatrical effect. Other fogging apparatus, including non-wearable fogging apparatus, are also disclosed.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a patient gown comprises a first portion that includes a first fastening region extending from the top to the bottom. The first fastening region includes fastening device(s) configured to connect the right side of the front with the left side of the front. The back of the first portion includes a second fastening region extending from a top to a bottom. The second fastening region includes fastening device(s) configured to connect the right side of the back with the left side of the back. The patient gown further comprises a second portion configured to engage with the first portion. The back of the second portion includes a third fastening region in alignment with the second fastening region of the back of the first portion. The third fastening region includes fastening device(s) configured to couple the right side of the back with the left side of the back.

Abstract: A procedure for making a shoe including steps of weaving/construction of an upper, forming the upper in which two previously constructed stockings are a tube that is closed on one side while the other end of the tube remains open, subjecting the upper to a steam jet that dampens and softens a thermosetting polymer yarn, and passing the upper through a high-temperature kiln. Construction of the sole entails inserting the upper into a shoe-tree of a mould, positioning the shoe-tree with the upper and closure between two rings of the mould for polyurethane injection. Because of the presence of the arch structure a barrier that limits the passage thereof to the inner part of the upper, with filling of the mould, passage of predetermined quantities of polyurethane only through the slots of the arch structure permitting joint points to be created between the sole and upper and with the inner.

Abstract: A holder for a glove that includes a support arm and a catch arm. The support arm has first and second portions spaced apart along a longitudinal axis and an inner face that faces in a first direction along an axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. The catch arm has a first end portion connected to the first end portion of the support arm and a free second end portion spaced apart from the first end portion of the catch arm along the longitudinal axis. The catch arm has an inner face facing disposed in adjacent, face-to-face relationship with a portion of the inner face of the support arm such that the holder defines a glove retention area between the support arm and the catch arm. The holder grips a portion of a cuff of the glove in the glove retention area, retaining the glove.

Abstract: A plate for an article of footwear includes a substrate, a first strand portion attached to the substrate via first stitching, and a second strand portion disposed on the first layer. The first strand portion includes first segments that each extend between two different locations along the substrate to form a first layer on the substrate. The second strand portion includes second segments that each extend between two different locations along the substrate to form a second layer on the first layer.

Abstract: A hard-shell boot comprises a boot liner and an outer shell having an accommodation space for accommodating and positioning the boot liner. Two sides of a top portion of the outer shell respectively have a first flank portion vertically penetrated by a first-through-hole and a second flank portion vertically penetrated by a second-through-hole. A connecting member comprises an inner-blocking-piece located in an inner side of the top portion of the outer shell and an outer-blocking-piece. One end and the other end of the inner-blocking-piece respectively have a first-engaging-portion connected to one end of the outer-blocking-piece by passing upward through the first-through-hole and a second-engaging-portion connected to the other end of the outer-blocking-piece by passing upward through the second-through-hole. Thus, the width and size of the hard-shell boot can be adjusted simultaneously to facilitate the use of users with different foot widths and sizes.

Abstract: A pullover-style shirt, the shirt comprising an exterior layer of fabric, an interior layer of fabric, an aperture in the exterior layer, securing means that serve to close the aperture when the aperture is not actively manipulated by a user, but that allow the easy opening of the aperture to display the interior layer when the aperture is actively manipulated by a user. The inventor contemplates that the interior layer should bear a graphic display that is exposed when the aperture is opened. The securing means are to be a system of opposite polarity magnets that sewn into the edges of the aperture, thus closing the aperture via their force of attraction when not restrained from one another. Still further, the inventor expressly contemplates that the aperture should be positioned so as to locate over the sternum of a user when the pullover top is worn.

Abstract: A device for attaching removable interchangeable heels for shoes. A system for locking and unlocking interchangeable heels in order to change heels as desired, while keeping the same pair of shoes, includes a base with tenon, called the housing, wherein a flat locking spring is located, and a mortise part wherein a second flat spring is inserted. The mortise and tenon assembly is locked when the two flat springs, having complementary shapes, come into contact and immobilize one another. The user can act on the tab of the locking flat spring in order to rotate it and unlock the heel. The flat spring automatically returns to its initial position due to its elasticity, when the user releases it.

Abstract: A sole structure for an article of footwear includes a midsole and a fluid-filled chamber. The midsole includes a plurality of projections. At least one of the plurality of projections forms a first portion of a peripheral side wall of the sole structure. The fluid-filled chamber includes a central portion, a plurality of lobes extending outward from the central portion, and a plurality of channels formed between the plurality of lobes. A first lobe of the plurality of lobes is disposed between at least two of the plurality of projections such that the first lobe forms a second portion of the peripheral side wall of the sole structure.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a leisure glove that is capable of having grip reinforcing members adapted to allow radial portions formed radially from central portions thereof and stripe-shaped wave portions surrounding the central portions to be spaced apart from one another, respectively, so that a contact force with a golf club can be strengthened to improve a grip force. According to the present invention, the leisure glove includes: a body; and grip reinforcing members formed on the outer surface of the palm portion of the body, wherein the grip reinforcing members may include: central portions; radial portions protruding from the center of each central portion in every direction; and wave portions formed to the shapes of stripes surrounding each central portion and spaced apart from one another to gradually expand outwardly.

Abstract: A shoe with an integrally attached pivoting heel. The pivoting heel would rock back and forth between a pivot position and a flat position as a wearer of the shoe walks. The pivoting heel can have an upper plate connected to a lower plate via a rod, wherein the upper plate can rotate about the rod relative to the lower plate (or vice-versa). The pivoting heel can provide the wearer with more stability while the user walks and can help prevent slipping and falling.

Abstract: The present disclosure includes embodiments in which a knit upper in an article of footwear comprises various zones having different properties. For example, some zones may include thermoplastic yarns for bonding to other elements of the article of footwear such as a sole or a lacing system. Zones may also possess varying degrees of elasticity to, for example, accommodate a wearer's foot or provide the knit upper with stability. The knit upper may further include a visible or machine-detectable bite line to indicate the intended placement of elements of the article of footwear.

Abstract: A therapeutic sock includes a knitted body having a top, a bottom opposite the top, an inside side connecting the top to the bottom, an outside side opposite the inside side and connecting the top to the bottom, a heel portion, a toe portion, and an opening into which a wearer inserts his or her foot. At least one elastomeric band is disposed within the knitted body and positioned to strengthen, stretch, or support one or more muscle groups of the foot of the wearer. The at least one elastomeric band is disposed opposite a line of pull of the one or more muscle groups. In some embodiments, one or more reinforcement bands may be used in conjunction with the at least one elastomeric band.
