The antenna adapter holds the antenna array including an antenna element that transmits or receives a communication radio wave along a mobile body surface. The radome is disposed so as to cover the antenna adapter. The skirt shields a gap between the radome and the mobile body surface from flowing outside air, and radiates heat from the antenna adapter to an outside of the antenna device. In the antenna adapter, the heat pipe including an evaporator and a condenser is disposed to extend from the antenna array toward the skirt.
