Abstract: A child training potty configured to inhibit access to a waste receptacle thereof so as to prevent contact with human waste present therein. The child training potty includes a base being formed from a plurality of walls and a bottom creating an interior volume. A waste receptacle is disposed within the interior volume of the base and is releasably secured therein. A seat member is superposed the base and is movably mounted thereto wherein the seat member is configured to traverse in an upwards-downwards direction. A plurality of springs are intermediate the seat member and the base. An access door is hingedly secured proximate the opening of the waste receptacle. The seat member further has engagement rods extending downward therefrom that are operable to move the access door from a first position to a second position. The access door includes a first portion and a second portion.

Abstract: A volume controllable toilet flush system, comprising: a cistern configured to hold and retain a fluid; a vertically moveable siphon assembly comprising a siphon portion, a pipe and at least one resilient element attached to the pipe; a toilet bowl shaped to retain and hold waste; an actuator operatively connected to the pipe by a stud attached to the pipe and configured to provide vertical movement to the siphon assembly, wherein movement of the siphon assembly by the actuator stores or releases energy in the at least one resilient element and, wherein downward vertical movement of the siphon assembly puts the toilet bowl in fluid communication with the cistern by creating a siphoning action between the siphon portion and the fluid in the cistern and wherein subsequent upward vertical movement of the siphon assembly terminates the siphoning action to stop fluid flow from the cistern to the toilet bowl.

Abstract: A refill and wash down assembly for a vacuum toilet. The refill and wash down assembly includes a manifold having a left side, a right side and an inlet configured to be connected to a water source, a slot defined through the manifold and extending from the left side to the right side. The manifold further includes a plurality of left side ports defined on the left side and a plurality of right side ports defined on the right side. A first array of refill tubes extends from the ports on the right side of the manifold and a second array of refill tubes extends from the ports on the left side of the manifold. Each refill tube also has a nozzle on its distal end and is of a different length different than the other refill tubes in the same array.

Abstract: A formation aid, for use in the forming of receptacles in a swimming pool, includes a three-dimensional body having an essentially conical shape. The three-dimensional body of the formation aid includes a narrow end, for placement near an interior edge of the swimming pool during formation of the swimming pool; and a wide end, for placement remote from the interior edge of the swimming pool, in order to form a receptacle.

Abstract: The present invention provides a fluid injection system (11) which transitions between a maintenance mode wherein an outlet (15) is closed and no fluid is discharged through the outlet, and an operation mode, wherein the outlet is open and fluid is discharged through the outlet. The assembly can have self-supporting legs whereby it can form a standalone chair remote from the toilet. Abstract: An elongate linear drain for a shower includes an elongate, channel-shaped drain body, an elongate, channel-shaped extension that is connectable to either end of the drain body, elongate inserts that are nested within the drain body and the extension, and end walls that cap the ends of the drain body and the ends of the extension. Mounting members are formed along an outboard side of each sidewall of the drain body and the extensions and the mounting members are engaged by float sticks to facilitate the sloping of the floor that leads to the linear drain. Height adjustment screws formed in the respective bottom walls of the drain body and extensions enable height adjustment of the inserts. This enables the tile that overlies the shower floor to be flush with the tile that overlies the insert.
