An easily broken rib is arranged between the cover body and the first clamping part, and an easily broken edge is arranged between the box body and the second clamping part, or the easily broken edge is arranged between the cover body and the first clamping part, and the easily broken rib is arranged between the box body and the second clamping part.

Abstract: Briefly, a drinking set is provided that has a cup and a flow control disk set fully inside the cup. The flow control disk is constructed for creating a tortured flow path for any fluid flowing out of the cup. In this way, spills are substantially reduced or minimized, and the user has a stable and predictable sipping experience, even when the cup is jostled or violently moved. Fluid moving from the cup first hits a set of steeply angled entry fins, which absorb or reflect energy in the fluid. The fluid passes through a set of small entry openings, and flow to a set of exit fins, where the fluid strikes a face of the exit fins and changes direction to a set of larger exit openings. This tortured fluid path causes the drinking fluid to have a controlled flow and reduced kinetic energy as it approaches the user's mouth, multiple changes in flow direction, and provides several obstacles for absorbing kinetic energy and thus slowing the flow of the fluid.

The direct drinking mouth assembly includes a direct drinking mouth flap, a direct drinking mouth plug and an air inlet plug. The cup lid is provided with a spout and a first air inlet. The drinking nozzle assembly includes a drinking nozzle flap, a drinking nozzle seat, a drinking nozzle and an air inlet valve. The cup lid is provided with a second air inlet plugged by the air inlet valve, and a lower end of the drinking nozzle is connected with the air inlet valve through a plastic strip. The structure adopts two drinking-modes of using the direct drinking mouth assembly and the drinking nozzle assembly both being integral structures, the problems of loss of components, difficult assembly, and assembly dislocation can be avoided.

Abstract: A closure including a base, a cutter and a cap is described which is configured to be attached to a container. Upon initial removal of the cap from the base, the cutter is configured to move downwards relative to the base so as to create an opening through the container. The portion of the container through which the cutter creates an opening may be formed of a film that is configured to be easily pierceable by the cutter. Methods of molding the closure components may include co-molding the cutter and base an in integral unit so as to facilitate and expedite assembly of the base, cutter and cap components to form the closure.

Abstract: An improved snap-on/twist off closure which is very durable. The invention is also directed to a package comprising the closure, e.g., a bottle in combination with the closure. The closure includes an upper wall defining an opening and a cylindrical snap on pipe depending from the upper wall. The pipe includes threads designed to mate with external threads on a neck of the bottle. The threads on the pipe and threads on the neck of the bottle pass over each other when the closure is snapped onto the bottle during manufacture. The pipe includes a resistance recess and a guidance recess. The resistance recess and the guidance recess accommodate a forcing element on a shoulder of the bottle and permit unscrewing of the closure.

Abstract: Described is closing cap for a container comprising a lateral wall extending about an axis, a separation line being provided on the lateral wall to define a retaining ring, which comprises a retaining portion which extends up to a free edge of the retaining ring and is configured to engage internally with a ring for locking a neck of the container in such a way as to remain anchored to the neck, and a closing element removably engageable with the neck, so as to open or close the container rotating the closing element about the axis. The separation line is circumferentially interrupted to define in the lateral wall a joining zone in which the retaining ring and the closing element are joined. The cap comprises in addition an incision line, which is also provided on the lateral wall to define, in association with the separation line at least a first connecting band and a second connecting band for connecting together the joining zone and the retaining portion.

Abstract: A leakage-proof cup with a cup body and a cup cover has an insertion hole penetrating through the cup cover, a sealing element made of an elastic material detachably connected in the insertion hole, and a notch for a straw to be inserted into the cup body formed in the sealing element. The outer edge of the lower end of the sealing element is provided with a flange annularly distributed along the sealing element and extending in a radial direction. The insertion hole is provided with a first step matched with the flange. When the sealing element is connected to the insertion hole, the flange is abutted against the first step. When the straw is taken out of the insertion hole, the sealing element is reset under the elastic force of the sealing element and closes the notch so the water in the cup cannot be spilled out.

Abstract: A container apparatus comprises a mounting means, a lid connected to the mounting means by a connecting means and a frame slideably connected to the mounting means. The frame is adapted to support a waste container. The frame is slideable between a first frame position, wherein an open end of the waste container is entirely covered by the lid, and a second frame position which is offset from the first position in a first direction. The connecting means allows the lid to move between a first lid position and a second lid position which is above the first lid position and is offset from the first lid position. The apparatus has lid moving means which move the lid to the second lid position when the frame is moved from the first frame position to the second frame position. A collar for mounting a container between runners of a retractable container apparatus is also provided.

The closure mechanism surrounds the lid and holds it against the mouth of the receptacle by means of a threaded attachment between the engagement configuration of the closure mechanism and the thread of the receptacle, assuring proper hermetic closure of the lid with the receptacle in cooperation with the sealing ring. The lid and the closure mechanism have mutually engaging elements with a complementary non-circular geometry and size, with both elements being tightly fitted preventing relative rotation of the closure mechanism with respect to the lid.
