  • Patent number: 12114359
Abstract: A wireless device (e.g., a UE or a base station) may identify a first subcarrier mapping associated with one or more redundant subcarriers. The one or more redundant subcarriers may correspond to one or more UWs in a UW-OFDM waveform. The wireless device may identify a second subcarrier mapping associated with one or more reference signals. A simultaneous application of the first subcarrier mapping and the second subcarrier mapping may be associated with one or more collisions. The wireless device may modify at least one of the first subcarrier mapping or the second subcarrier mapping to eliminate the one or more collisions. The wireless device may generate the UW-OFDM waveform based on the modified at least one of the first subcarrier mapping or the second subcarrier mapping. The wireless device may transmit a signal based on the generated UW-OFDM waveform.

  • Patent number: 12052758
Abstract: A data transmission method, apparatus and system including terminal equipment for channel detection and terminating the channel detection at a first time position, a result of the channel detection being that a channel is idle; and the terminal equipment transmits data starting from a second time position, the second time position being after the first time position, a first time length between the first time position and the second time position being less than or equal to a second time length. The terminal equipment terminates the channel detection after determining that the channel is idle, and transmits data after a time length (a first time length). As the first time length is less than or equal to a time length (the second time length) of an OFF-ON transient period to which the data correspond, a time length between terminating the channel detection and transmitting the data is reduced.

  • Patent number: 12035248
Abstract: Various embodiments disclosed herein provide for a power control system in a multi-hop integrated access and backhaul network. In the multi-hop integrated access and backhaul network, a donor node can communicate with user equipment devices and relay nodes that have varying power levels; and to avoid receiving uplink transmissions with varying power levels which can impact automatic gain control systems and lower overall throughput, the power control system can manage the power levels of the relay node in order to reduce the difference in power levels. The power control system can schedule relay node devices to transmit uplink transmissions alongside user equipment devices that have a high signal strength; schedule relay nodes and user equipment devices to separate symbols within a time slot; and/or perform closed loop power control management at the relay node to reduce the power level for an uplink transmission.
