Abstract: A data collection device is configured to capture images of a dosage indicator of a medicament delivery device and, if an injection is administered without prior confirmation of a dosage amount, to prompt the user to set a value for the delivered medicament dosage amount for storing in a dosage log. For example, the determination may be based on specific confirmation from the user or detecting a zero dosage amount in captured images. A suggested dosage amount may be displayed to the user, for example a highest or more recently programmed dosage amount prior to the injection or based on one or more previously confirmed dosage amounts. The data collection device may use one or more of optical character recognition, optical pattern recognition and determination of direction of rotation of a dosage adjustment component to determine whether an injection is being, or has been, administered and/or a suggested dosage amount.

Abstract: Various methods and systems are provided for generating an optimized workflow and assisting in clinical decision making during analysis of a patient image by a user at a site. In an example, a method includes automatically identifying one or more exam parameters associated with a diagnostic exam that includes one or more medical images and automatically generating a workflow for analyzing the one or more medical images, the workflow including one or more of a diagnostic protocol, a toolset, a prior imaging scan, a prior finding, and a reference image, the workflow generated based on the one or more exam parameters.

Abstract: Embodiments for managing medical anomalies by one or more processors are described. Medical data associated with an individual is received. The medical data is detected by a first computing device. The first computing device includes a mobile electronic device. The received medical data is compared to stored medical data associated with the individual. Based on the comparison of the received data to the stored data, a control signal for a second computing device is caused to be generated.

Abstract: A system and method for assigning assessment tasks includes determining tasks in need of completion, where the tasks include assessing a set of documents containing medical patient data and providing a judgment (e.g., classification or label) based on the contents of the document. A process also includes selecting one or more reviewers based on the one or more tasks and providing one or more documents from the set of documents to each of the selected one or more reviewers for completion of the one or more tasks. The process further includes receiving a result of the one or more tasks after completion by the selected one or more reviewers and storing the result in an electronic medical record database.

Abstract: A system for categorizing, visualizing, and recommending cannabis products based on objective data of the chemical composition of products is described. This system allows cannabis products to be visualized and compared based on their chemical composition, even by laypeople with little or no knowledge of the underlying objective data. A recommendation system is built upon this which can recommend products for consumption, including a user interface for receiving user input, which includes at least one of demographic data, desired level of psychoactivity, or prior experience with the product, a merchant interface for receiving merchant input, including at least one of general data descriptive of the regulated product, lab data descriptive of the regulated products chemical composition, and user data descriptive of subjective effects of the regulated product on a user; and a decision engine making a recommendation of product according to correlation of the lab data with the user data.

Abstract: A method for managing an electronic commerce (e-commerce) shopping cart may include, in a computing device comprising a touch screen, memory, and at least one processor, receiving a selection of one of a plurality of web pages associated with an e-commerce web site. The selected one of the plurality of web pages and an indication of the e-commerce shopping cart may be displayed on the touch screen. The indication of the e-commerce shopping cart may be integrated for display into each of the plurality of web pages. While displaying the selected one of the plurality of web pages and the indication of the e-commerce shopping cart, at least one gesture event associated with the e-commerce shopping cart may be detected. Access to the e-commerce shopping cart may be enabled upon detecting the at least one gesture event.

Abstract: Four main sets of features designed to improve the apartment rental and listing process are discussed: (i) improved visualization of listings for renters using clustering, especially for mobile; (ii) landlord transaction flow and support; (iii) cross-checking of data using user-initiated third-party web data; and (iv) maintenance flow and support. The clustering approach provides visualization of dynamically developed clusters from available listings; rapid (re-)computation of clusters as the map is adjusted by users; and representation of all matching listings in the region in a cluster or as a single entry cluster at all times.

Abstract: Embodiments described herein include techniques for providing information regarding a hardware part using a scannable code so that a customer can make an informed decision when placing the hardware part in a larger computing system. A customer may purchase hardware parts that are categorized into a certain bin which has guaranteed range of power consumption or performance. The customer may over design the computing system to accommodate the worst parameter in the range (e.g., the minimum performance or the maximum power consumption) to ensure the timing or power specifications are not violated. Instead, the embodiments herein provide a scannable code on the hardware part which the customer can use to access a database which stores more granular information about the part. The customer can use the performance parameters to make better informed decisions to determine where to place the part in the computing system.

Abstract: A method comprises a computer-implemented virtual reality (VR) system connecting VR devices in a collaborative VR session. The VR devices are associated with participants in a collaborative activity to perform an ordered procedure directed to a real-world assembly. The VR system receives session inputs from VR devices associated with the participants. The session inputs correspond to actions of the participants to modify a virtual object included in a VR expression of the VR session. The virtual object corresponds to the real-world assembly. In response to the session inputs, the VR system performs a transaction directed to the virtual object, which produces modifications of the real-world assembly corresponding to the modifications of the virtual object. A collaborative VR system can comprise a VR server and VR devices configured to perform the method. A computer program product can instruct processors of a VR system to perform the method.

A selectable control can enable a customer to view item information associated with an individual item with which the selectable control is associated. Customer data can be accessed and a subset of interactive images of the plurality of interactive images can be selected based at least in part on the customer data. The subset of interactive images can comprise a personalized lookbook that can be presented via a display of a device to enable the customer to add the individual item to a virtual cart via an interaction with the selectable control.

Abstract: Techniques and system configurations for generating, updating, and customizing user interface content and functionality based on user activity and a customer level of interest (affinity) for a particular commerce information item are disclosed. In an example, electronic operations used for generating and updating output of a user interface includes: processing streaming events that represent user activity involving a commerce information item performed by a user in a user interface; identifying a current score of the user activity from the streaming events; generating an affinity score corresponding to the commerce information item, based on forward time decay of a history score and a future score; and providing output in a user interface based on the generated affinity score. With these techniques, engagement and affinity of particular products/services, product groups, and offers, can be measured and tracked to enable improved outputs in an electronic commerce website or app.

Each gift option has been identified with a target rating from a filtered array of primary factors of the target profile. The array is filtered by a target template for the primary factors. The filtered array can be revised for increased accuracy. The response of the recipient includes accepting or rejecting, including re-gifting and consolidating, handling complex gift items, and revising the target templates for subsequent gifts.
