Rails provided along a vertical surface of the enclosure and extending above the roof of the enclosure allow the entire system to be loaded as a roll-off load on a truck. A plurality of lugs with apertures therethrough extend beyond the exterior surface of the enclosure to enable the enclosure to be lifted by cranes and tied down during transport.
