Abstract: Two or more hurdle loops of varying heights connect to a horizontal crossbar by a rotatable interface. The horizontal crossbar is supported by legs that each end in base. Each hurdle loop has an upright and collapsed position, to provide adjustable height settings for use in physical activities.
Abstract: A free weight which has a ridge on the top of the weight for a user to grip is provided. The ridge may at least partially surround the top end and/or bottom end of the free weight. In certain embodiments, the ridge may completely surround the top end and/or bottom end of free weight. The user may grasp the weight by wrapping their fingertips around the ridge and perform reps to strengthen the grip and arms of the user.
Abstract: A free-motion dynamic resistance trainer to be used to train the muscular coordination, dynamic stability and gait mechanics of athletes and physical therapy patients. Adjustable tension shock cords or bungee cords and resistance tubing are used in conjunction with a spinal support harness and jib in order to allow for the adjustment of progressive resistance and to create a heightened sense of proprioceptive awareness in those muscles and joints that are meant to be targeted depending upon the particular movement pattern being exercised. While providing resistance to improve strength and stamina, the shock cords or bungee cords and resistance tubing simultaneously guide and assist the trainee through certain aspects of each movement in order to train muscle memory of the proper kinetic sequence and body positioning. The apparatus, which is meant to be worn, can be used during sport specific movements other than running, in order to train and improve performance in myriad sports and activities.
Abstract: A medicine ball includes a central member with a pair of opposing concave sides. Further, convex attachments are each adapted to mate with the concave sides of the central member to form a sphere. These convex attachments are fastened together to the concave sides by a pair of fasteners, such as zippers. Additionally, attachment ports which can receive an exercise attachment are each positioned within the central member. Examples of exercise attachments include a barbell bar, a handgrip, and a pair of roller pairs, among others. In an alternative embodiment the attachment ports are positioned within the convex attachments. Further, an article of clothing has a receptacle to receive the convex attachments.
Abstract: An exercise device includes a first tubular frame having a flexible fabric attached thereon, a second tubular frame having a rigid board mounted thereon, and at least three elongate support members disposed between and separate the first tubular frame and the second tubular frame. Each of the elongate members includes a first end fixedly mounted on the first tubular frame and a second end fixedly mounted on the second tubular frame, such that a first cross plane of the first tubular frame is substantially parallel to a second cross plane of the second tubular frame. When the second tubular frame is placed on a substantially flat surface, the exercise device can be used as a jumping exercise device. When the first tubular frame is placed on the substantially flat surface, the exercise device can be used as a stepping exercise device.
Abstract: A hand weight device for providing a physically stable but variable resistance to gravity includes a handle coupled to a housing. A first end cap is movably coupled to the housing to selectively provide access to an interior space through a first end of the housing. Weights are positionable in the interior space to increase gravitational resistance to lifting of the housing. Spacers are positionable in the interior space to occupy a remainder of the interior space after a selected number of weights is positioned in the interior space. Thus, the selected number of the weights positioned in the interior space is inhibited from moving freely within the interior space.
Abstract: An exercise device with a pair of upper links coupled to the frame and a pair of lower links pivotally coupled to the upper links is provided. A pair of pedals is received on a distal end of each of the lower links. A transfer system between the pair of upper links may include a first and a second pushrod, each with a first end pivotally coupled to each upper link and a second end opposite to the first end. A first and a second pivot arm, each pivotally coupled to the frame, may be included, each pivot arm receiving a respective pushrod. A pliable connector may be coupled to the first pivot arm and the second pivot arm, thus providing compliant reciprocating movement of the upper links.

A trampoline bed is suspended across the trampoline frame horizontal portion. Springs extend between the trampoline frame and trampoline bed. An enclosure is connected to the trampoline frame. The enclosure has an enclosure upper support. The enclosure supports an enclosure net. A pad system covers the springs. The pad system includes a wall pad extending upwardly from the springs and terminating at a pad system apex. The pad system further includes a buttress pad connected to the pad system apex at an apex angle from the wall pad, which is defined as an angle between a wall pad outside surface and the buttress pad. The buttress pad extends downwardly to cover at least partially the trampoline frame horizontal portion.
Abstract: A piece of exercise equipment that combines multiple functions will allow the user to perform multiple exercises with one device as opposed to multiple devices. It will also incorporate the ability to add water or sand to the device that will allow the user to exercise multiple areas of the body with one piece of equipment as opposed to multiple pieces of equipment and avoids the user from purchasing multiple pieces of exercise equipment.
Abstract: An exercise biased weight includes a weight body defining a center of mass and a through offset bore formed at the weight body at a position offset to the center of mass thereof, wherein a diameter of the offset bore is slightly larger than a diameter of a weight bar member for enabling the weight bar member to slidably pass through the offset bore so as to retain the weight body at the weight bar member. Therefore, the weight body is lifted to generate a downward weight force to against an unwanted shaking movement of the weight body.

The system may include a belt rotationally suspended between a pair of rails, the belt configured to support a user; a plurality of pairs of grommets spaced along a length of the belt proximate to an edge of the belt; a bracket attached to a corresponding pair of grommets by a cable, wherein the bracket and the pair of grommets are positioned in a triangular relationship; a transporter bolt extending from the bracket; and a roller rotatably attached to the transporter bolt, wherein the roller is configured to engage with the rail.
Abstract: A handle assembly base has a central tube opening for receiving an elastic resistance tube with an expanded end diameter. A first block and a second block are pivotably mounted to the base on opposite sides of the central tube opening. When pivoted towards each other, the blocks define a reduced area opening through which the expanded end diameter of the resistance tube cannot pass, thereby retaining the resistance tube to the base. The base has two opposed ears which extend upwardly of the central tube opening. A flexible strap is secured to the ears, and extends through a cylindrical tube to which a flexible handle cushion is mounted to provide a grip for the user to engage the handle.
Abstract: A series of improved exercise machines with a movable user engagement member operatively linked to a sliding while rotating user support such that when the user engagement member is engaged and activated by the user the user engagement member concurrently causes movement of the operative linkage system, which concurrently causes the user support to slide while rotating. This creates dynamic motion of the user support relative to the user engagement member.

Abstract: An exercise belt is provided. A plurality of loops attached along the length of the exercise belt. The present invention may further include a strap. The strap includes a first end that is releasably attachable to each of the plurality of loops, and a second end that is releasably attachable to each of the plurality of loops. A user may attach a weight to the strap and then attach the first end to one of the plurality of loops and the second end to one of the plurality of loops.
Abstract: An adjustable and swingable exercise bike includes a base, a bike body and multiple cushion units. The base has two connecting portions, and each connecting portion has a supporting rod protruding upward and a shaft seat mounted on a top of the supporting rod. The bike body is mounted on the base and has a bike frame and two swinging seats. The bike frame has a front end and a rear end. The swinging seats are respectively and securely mounted on the front end and the rear end of the bike frame, and each swinging seat is pivotally connected with the corresponding supporting rod. The cushion units are elastic, elongated and respectively mounted between the connecting portions and the swinging seats. The cushion units can help the bike body of the exercise bike simulate a situation of riding a real bike.
Abstract: The light weight exercise bar is a weight bar that is built to simulate an Olympic style bar but that is much lighter in weight. This reduction in weight allows new lifters to safely learn and practice difficult Olympic style exercises such snatch and the clean and jerk. The light weigh exercise bar comprises a men's weight bar and a women's weight bar.
