Abstract: An All-In-One Training Device, Cardiovascular and Strength training/conditioning apparatus for mixed martial arts, martial arts, cross fit, boxing, sports/athletic training, and rehabilitation therapies. The device is designed to efficiently combine cross training exercises of varying training methods to allow for training, conditioning, and strength training in a wide variety of sports, disciplines, and therapeutic uses without taking up a large amount of space.
Abstract: Disclosed is an adjustable weighted exercise apparatus which in one implementation may include a base frame assembly attachable to a strap assembly for connection to a user, the base frame assembly including a base frame; a weight support member connected to the base frame and disposed to maintain a weight at a distance from the user. In some implementations, the weight support member may be further connected to at least one support bar connected to the base frame. A method hereof may include enhancing exercise of a body including disposing a weight at a distance from a user's body; and, exercising the user's body.
Abstract: The push-up stand and dumbbell-supporting bracket is composed of an inverted “V”-shaped bracket that can support dumbbells on opposing side locations, and in which a handle is provided above and central to said bracket. Dumbbells of equal or differing weights may be supported on said bracket and lifted via said handle in order to conduct different arm-strengthening exercises. The dumbbell-supporting bracket may be further used as a push-up stand regardless of whether dumbbells are supported at said locations. The dumbbell-supporting bracket enables varying weighted or like weighted dumbbells to be supported in order to produce a varying overall weight without requiring multiple dumbbell sets of varying weights.

Abstract: A novel exercise and sporting apparatus with improved safety features is disclosed. In preferred embodiments, the apparatus comprises: a first resilient arched member having two opposite end zones, and being configured to securely engage with a foot receiving member; a second resilient arched member having two opposite end zones, and being configured to contact a ground surface; a connection element being configured to connect an end zone of the first resilient arched member with an end zone of the second resilient arched member, and a rotation-opposing assembly extending from the connection element toward a ground surface, the rotation-opposing assembly being configured to limit an amount of rotational motion of the apparatus.
Abstract: A progressive resistance device is provided having a cylinder having an outer wall which defines an inner chamber. The cylinder is carried on an axle and is rotatable thereabout. An eccentric axle surrounds the axle and is rotatable relative the axle. A magnet carrier partially encircles the eccentric axle and carries a magnet. A bearing is nested between the magnet carrier and the eccentric axle. The magnet carrier is rotatable about the eccentric axle on an axis which is eccentric to the axle's axis, whereby the distance between the magnet and the outer wall is variable as defined by the rotative position of said housing relative said outer wall, which rotative position is governed by the speed of rotation of the cylinder. The progressive resistance device described herein is adapted for use as a roller on a bicycle trainer.
Abstract: A leg agility exercise assembly enhances speed of rotational movement for the knee, ankle and waist by facilitating exercising in a curved motion. The assembly includes a plurality of elongated legs. Each leg has a first end and a second end. Each of a plurality of holes extends through an associated one of the legs. Each hole is positioned proximate the first end of the associated leg. Each of a plurality of apertures also extends through an associated one of the legs. Each aperture is positioned proximate the second end of the associated leg. A post is insertable through each hole wherein the post is selectively couplable to each leg.
Abstract: A figure trimmer comprises a chassis, a pedal set, a rotating assembly, at least a first elastic component, and at least a second elastic component. The pedal set is arranged on the chassis and is able to restrictedly rotate in horizontal and vertical direction. The rotating assembly couples to the pedal set and the chassis, so as to drive the pedal set rotating in the horizontal direction. When the pedal set rotates in the horizontal direction, the first elastic component exerts an opposite reaction force to the pedal set. When the pedal set rotates in the vertical direction, the second elastic component exerts an opposite reaction force to the pedal set.

Abstract: A proprioceptive device for improving proprioceptive balance in a person is provided. The proprioceptive device includes an elastic band which is expandable for releasably engaging and fitting snugly around a shoe. The proprioceptive device also includes a pair of instability inducing proprioception features which are carried by the band. The proprioceptive features are spaced from one another in a longitudinal direction for inducing lateral and longitudinal instability while allowing the person to walk with a heel to toe gait.
Abstract: A lower limb bouncing device causes knee bouncing by stimulating the hip joint, or base end of a lower limb, while allowing the lower leg, or terminal end of the lower limb, to relax. The device includes: a flap and a motor coupled to the flap. The flap allows a heel resting surface to swing from the motor. The motor includes: an output axis with an eccentric cam; and a pivotable plate on the eccentric cam. The pivotable plate has an attached pivoting end. The flap is on an enclosure side so that the heel can be placed at a minimum height above the floor when the foot is placed on the floor surface. The flap connects to another end of the pivotable plate allowing swing movement by the pivotable plate pivoting around the attached end in response to rotation of the eccentric cam.
Abstract: An abdominal workout assist device is disclosed. An elongated member and an attachment means are provided, and a support member is attached therebetween. The attachment means connects to the base of a door with the elongated member connected in parallel to the support member. In operation, the user inserts the device under a door and can perform standard abdominal exercises with the elongated member holding the user's feet on the ground. Additional exercises such as legs lifts can be done with the user holding the handles of the device while laying on their back and their arms extended back.
Abstract: An indoor cycling device including a unique frame arrangement with fore and aft adjustable seat and handlebar assemblies. The assemblies support a seat and handlebars for fore and aft movement. The assemblies may include a receiver with an elongate aperture with a slider positioned therein. The slider defines a first channel receiving a moveable member. A handle is operably coupled with the member to move the member within the channel in a first direction or a second direction such that a frictionally coupling is caused between the slider and the receiver when the slider is moved in the first direction and releases the coupling when the slider is moved in the second direction.
Abstract: An exercise system or kit that includes separate components that can be used together during a workout. In one embodiment, the exercise system includes a cylindrical body, an elongated bar, and one or more resistance bands. The elongated bar may be a one-piece bar or a multi-piece bar. The cylindrical body extends along a longitudinal axis and has an annular groove formed into its outer surface that surrounds the longitudinal axis and a bore extending through the cylindrical body in the direction of the longitudinal axis. The dimensions of the bar, the groove, and the bore are such that the bar can be inserted into and through the bore and the bar can be positioned within the annular groove to achieve different types of exercise. Furthermore, the resistance bands can be coupled to the elongated bar.

Abstract: A strength training system and method includes an inelastic base strap connecting with an anchor and connecting with elastic/static components, which in turn are connected with handles. The combination of an inelastic base strap with modular elastic/static components configurable to be either elastic or inelastic provides the ability to perform suspension training as well as elastic band training with the same system. The elastic/static components may quickly be converted from an elastic to an inelastic segment by simply disconnecting the elastic module or by simply connecting the inelastic segment, since it is shorter than the elastic module. The elastic module includes a plurality of connectable elastic bands and may easily be replaced with other modules. An anchor point device is disclosed having double opposing cam buckles, usable with a door.
Abstract: A fence surrounds a trampoline and extends above the rebounding surface, reducing the risk of injury. Shock absorption is aided in the preferred embodiment by a support system of independent poles, linked at their tops by a flexible strap or line. An impact anywhere on the fence causes the posts to flex inwardly, absorbing the force. Much of this impact injury is stored in system components and is subsequently returned, helping propel an errant jumper back onto to the rebounding surface. Numerous other embodiments and accessories are also detailed. Similar arrangements are suitable for use with above ground pools.

Abstract: A counterweight device is mounted to a hitting trainer. The hitting trainer includes a base, an upright rod disposed on the base, and a hitting member connected to the upright rod. The counterweight device includes a counterweight bag which can be extended or compressed. When in use, the counterweight bag is fitted on the base and then the counterweight bag is pulled to unfold. Finally, external liquid is poured into the counterweight bag to increase the weight of the counterweight bag, such that the hitting trainer can be placed on the uneven ground stably. When the counterweight device is not used, the counterweight bag is detached from the hitting trainer and compressed to reduce the volume of the counterweight bag for storage and carrying.
