The fire extinguisher is actuated when either of the burner temperature sensor or the oven temperature sensor senses a temperature that exceeds a pre-determined temperature. A plurality of nozzles is strategically distributed around the range. Each of nozzles is in fluid communication with the fire extinguisher thereby facilitating each of the nozzles to spray the fire retardant when the fire extinguisher is actuated to extinguish a fire that is burning in or on the range.
