Abstract: A collapsible container includes a floor member having first and second pairs of opposed edges, a first pair of opposing side walls each pivotably attached to the first pair of opposed edges of the base, where each of the first pair of opposing side walls have a pair of lateral edges and a latch member extending therefrom. Also included is a second pair of opposed side walls each pivotably attached to a corresponding one of the second pair of opposed edges of the base, each of the second pair of opposed side walls have a pair of opposed lateral flanges inwardly depending therefrom and formed integrally therewith. Each lateral flange has an inner surface with a latch receiving portion formed therein, the latch receiving portion includes at least one clip member which has a spring portion flexible between a first position and a second position for accepting the latch member.
Abstract: A novel universal adjustable garbage, trash and waste management system, implemented therein as an adjustable trash receptacle, equipped with at least a cover lid supported by a gliding transformable mechanism, a dual supply feeder, and the wing-regulated adjustable opening. Said system gives a user freedom to enjoy a diversity of disposable storage media, represented by the wide variety of kitchen bags, plastic ties or sacks, independently of their brand, type, shape, size or capacity. Said system consequently improves management of garbage, trash or waste at home, in an office, or business enterprise, as well as serving family, social and outdoor, sports and other activities.
Abstract: A food service receptacle suited for storing and protecting a variety of prepared food items using efficient and manageable containers to allow easy and efficient food transfer. One embodiment includes a box, a closure unit, specialized containers and support members. The box can be lined with a watertight material such as plastic or galvanized metal. The closure unit is hingedly mounted to said box and has openings covered by a netting material and also has a plurality of collapsible support arms to support an open position. The support members can be detachable and covered with a non-corrosive material at their bottom.
Abstract: A plastic container includes an integral pour spout and an integral carrying handle. A separate stacking cap is attachable to the top of the container to facilitate the stacking of an additional container thereon. The stacking cap is removably lockable to the container by a tooth-and-recess connection, wherein the tooth is adapted to spring elastically into a recess.
Abstract: Difficulties in retaining can holders in conventional vehicular drink holders are eliminated in a vacuum insulated can holder that includes a cup-shaped metallic outer liner having an upper opening, an opposite bottom and a generally cylindrical side wall extending upwardly from the bottom to the opening. A similarly configured cup-shaped metallic inner liner is nested within the outer liner and spaced therefrom to define vacuum space between the two. The outer liner has an outer diameter just less than the inner diameter of a conventional vehicular beverage holder while the inner diameter of the inner liner is just greater than the outer diameter of a conventional metal beverage can.
Abstract: This invention comprises a uniquely shaped small paint tray for edger trimmers and pad painters in general with walls extending upwardly from a base and an inclined distribution portion or ramp extending upwardly from the middle of the base and terminating in an upper ledge at a spaced interval from a rear wall. The distribution ramp includes a plurality of spaced raised chevron shaped ridges that distribute the paint on the edger pad. The ramp terminates at a vertical ledge spaced from the rear wall to wipe paint from the pad, which returns into the tray rather than fouling the end wall. A spout is formed in the rear wall between raised portions of the side and rear walls to save and pour paint that accumulates on the base. Side walls join the forward and rear walls. A cover is provided with channels, which fit over and engage mating channels in the base and include flanges having projecting elements, which engage recesses in the cover in a secure fit.
Abstract: An apparatus and method for fluidly connecting vessels are provided. Apertures may be provided in the walls of vessels to be joined. The apparatus includes a tube with a plurality of ends, each of which is passed through an aperture disposed in a vessel wall. The apparatus may also include grommets to facilitate sealing of the apertures around the tube ends, and a clip for structurally connecting joining adjacent vessels to prevent their separation.
Abstract: A beverage holder has a base part provided with an insertion opening for insertion of a beverage container, a displaceable holding element which is arranged in an edge region of the insertion opening and has a turning bearing so that upon turning of the holding element the insertion opening is adaptable to different diameters of beverage containers, an arresting device which holds the holding element in a corresponding turning position, the holding element having a displacement guide which extends transversely to the arresting device, so that by displacing the holding element in the displacement guide the arresting device is disengaged and the holding element is turnable, and a spring element which loads the holding element in a direction of the displacement guide and presses the holding element in engagement with the arresting device.
