  • Patent number: 9717235
Abstract: An integrated duck decoy, anchor, and retrieval system. Decoy line passes through a vertical cavity in the decoy body, with an anchor attached to the end of decoy line emerging from the bottom of the decoy. The end of decoy line emerging from the top of the decoy terminates in a loop attached to a stopper, which prevents the loop from entering the decoy body. The decoy may be removed from the water by means of the loop. When the decoy line is pulled from the loop end, the anchor will become recessed into the bottom of the decoy body, facilitating easy storage and avoiding tangled anchors and lines.

  • Patent number: 9693541
Abstract: A fishing pole system includes a shaft having a hollow interior with a cap connected to its upper end and a point connected to its lower end. A slide is positioned within the hollow interior and an internal lead is connected to the slide at its lower end, the internal lead extends through the cap and connects to a swivel at its upper end. The slide includes a locking mechanism which engages a locking mechanism connected to the point. In use, the cap end of the fishing pole is banged on the ground which releases the slide from the point and the internal lead is paid-out from the hollow interior. To store the fishing pole, the slide is withdrawn within the hollow interior by gravity. • Patent number: 9681612
Abstract: A watering system includes a bottle unit or a water level control unit which has a float member to control the water level of the tank in a planting hole. The float member controls the operation of the water inlet valve and the water level in the bottle unit so as to control the amount of water that the planting hole provides to the soil outside the planting hole without using electricity. The plants are properly watered automatically all day long. The water permeates into the soil outside the planting hole to water the plants that are planted in a larger area. The watering system is suitable for watering the plants in a large area or in pots.

  • Patent number: 9635816
Abstract: The invention relates to an assembly for arranging plants vertically, with a built-in watering system, applicable to plants contained in plant pots (11), consisting of a framework with individual supports for plant pots, a water container provided with a trickier in the upper part, a support with a drainage collector in the lower part, and plant pots, used to carry water to the upper container where it passes through the trickier and falls to an relief (8.1) in the body of the plant pot just below. From there, it is guided to an inner cavity (8.2) which finally allows the water to enter the plant pot. The excess water is ejected via a drainage opening with a conduit used as an extension and falls to the relief of the plant pot directly beneath, in order to repeat the process in the plant pots. These elements create a supporting structure for arranging plants vertically, with a watering system that operates under gravity.

  • Patent number: 9635833
Abstract: A pet enclosure kit can include multiple discrete flat panels and multiple panel connectors. Each panel can include joined edge segments forming a rigid perimeter of the panel. An area bound by the perimeter can include a mesh, where a weave of the mesh is sufficiently tight to restrain a pet for which a pet enclosure is constructed. Each panel connector can couple two adjacent panels together by connecting to an edge segment of each of the adjacent panels, each of the panels can be coupled using only the panel connectors to other ones of said panels at either approximately one hundred and eighty degree angle or approximately ninety degree angle relative to an adjacent panel. The panels and the panel connectors can be designed to construct multiple different configurations of pet enclosures. Each configuration can have a different height, width, or depth from other ones of the different configurations.

  • Patent number: 9615553
Abstract: A multi-segmented, soft-bodied, artificial fishing lure or swim bait with a natural profile includes plastic control planes in each body segment to generate a lure that is stable in the water, and demonstrates realistic swimming motions in a range of retrieve speeds and even when allowed to sink. At least one clear, stiff plastic control plane is inserted in each body segment to generate a lifelike swimming motion when the lure is retrieved. Each control plane may be moved within a range of positions to provide realistic motions for specific fishing techniques. The control planes inserted into and sometimes through the lure body are invisible in the water and are adjustable to accommodate a range of water conditions, densities and temperatures. The placement of control planes create the ability to limit unnatural/undesirable movements and expand or accentuate natural and desirable movements in each segment of the body of the lure.

  • Patent number: 9615565
Abstract: A device, method and system for killing and disposing of parasites, such as ticks and fleas, wherein a dispenser (1) having a bowl-shaped reservoir (5) located on a dispensing cap (4) is filled with an alcohol based solution (3) that is stored in a bottle (2) and pumped through a supply tube (6) into the bowl-shaped reservoir. Parasites may be placed into the bowl-shaped reservoir and alcohol based solution to kill the parasites. The used alcohol based solution and bowl-shaped reservoir may then be cleaned and dispenser may be stored until needed again. The dispenser may be stored near an entry way through which the animal commonly enters a home after being outside so that the animal may be checked for parasites immediately upon entry into the home. The device, method and system may also be used by groomers, veterinarians and kennels when checking an animal for parasites.
