Abstract: A secondary impurity-removal recycling system for refining cotton is provided. A first feeding opening is set on the side of the first bin shell, in which the first drum is movably installed, and the first drum is tube shaped. A first mesh is set on the peripheral wall of the first drum, and a first scraper is set at the first feeding opening inside the first bin shell. One end of the first drum is provided with a first impurity-discharging pipe, the outer periphery of which is provided with a first annular hump. The first connecting sleeve is installed on the outer wall of the first bin shell, and the first impurity-discharging pipe is movably stuck in the first connecting sleeve through the first annular hump, and communicates with the first connecting sleeve. The first induced draft fan communicates with the first connecting sleeve through a first air duct.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing a braided footwear upper is provided. The method includes braiding a two-layer, single-tube structure with a first end that couples a first braided layer to a second braided layer, and second end that couples the first braided layer to the second braided layer of the tubular braided structure. The first end is proximate the second end. At least one yarn from the first end, and at least one yarn from the second end are braided with at least one draw yarn. The draw yarn is braided to be easily removable, such that the first end is selectively de-coupled from the second end. When the draw yarn is removed, the double-layer tubular braided structure is expandable to form a larger diameter tubular braided structure.

Abstract: A disposable contact isolation gown for protection from hospital-acquired infections is provided. The contact isolation gown includes a front panel including a front collar edge, a pair of front shoulder edges, a pair of front side edges, and a front bottom edge. The gown also includes a back panel coupled to the front panel at a pair of side seams. The back panel includes a back collar edge, a back line of weakness extending from the back collar edge to the back bottom edge, and a pair of back panel portions coupled together at the back line of weakness. The gown also includes a pair of arm panels coupled between the front panel and the back panel. Each arm panel includes an arm panel back edge, an arm panel front edge, and an arm panel collar edge.
Abstract: A sole assembly for an article of footwear having a cushioning sole and a support frame fitted about the cushioning sole. The cushioning sole defines the primary ground-engaging surface. The support frame is substantially harder than the cushioning sole. In one embodiment, the support frame includes a perimeter member extending about the perimeter of the cushioning sole, a rear lateral support member disposed toward the forward extent of the heel region and a forward lateral support member disposed in the forefoot region. The cushioning sole may include a support frame recess configured to seat the support frame. The frame recess may include a plurality of channel set into the face of the cushioning sole to recess the support frame from the outer surface. The support frame may include a pair of post that extend through and are affixed to the top surface of the cushioning sole.
Abstract: A knitting method for a warp knitted jacquard three-color figured fabric comprising: (1) defining the basic traverse information of a jacquard bar in non-offset state; (2) A-color pattern area is composed of jacquard pattern texture and jacquard pattern needle supplement texture; (3) B-color pattern area is composed of jacquard pattern texture and jacquard pattern needle supplement texture; (4) a mesh structure of C-color ground net area is composed of jacquard mesh texture and ground bar texture; (5) a pattern contour area is formed by using two jacquard bars to bar the outer contour of the A-color pattern area or the outer contour of the B-color pattern area; (6) the elastic area is composed of a ground bar texture, and a ground bar is used to knit the elastic area texture.

Abstract: A latch needle for a loop-forming textile machine includes a needle shank and a needle latch with a back. The needle shank has a slot for receiving the needle latch and a first contact portion adapted to the back. The needle latch is pivotably mounted on the needle shank about a pivot axis between an open position and a closed position. In the open position, the back bears against the first contact portion. The latch needle has a damping spring adapted to the back and/or to the first contact portion in order to damp a contact of the back of the needle latch when in the open position, against the first contact portion.
Abstract: Computer based systems and methods for designing and manufacturing consumer products, including knit footwear uppers, and the like. The system provides digital controls for the customization of knitted components, including complex multi-structured knitted components. The system simulates deformations of knit structures and allows the user to control and visualize compensations in the structure(s) of the knitted component to better match between an intended knit design and the actual physical knitted component outcome. They system may manufacture/fabricate a knitted component based on the predicted/estimated deformation behavior of the knit.
Abstract: A method and system for forming a hexagonal woven fabric provide a hexagonal pattern loom including loom pins arranged in a hexagonal pattern to form a structure for engaging a continuous yarn strand. The loom pins form a top angled side of the hexagonal pattern and a bottom angled side of the hexagonal pattern. A set of the loom pins form two opposite straight sides of the hexagonal pattern forming the hexagonal pattern loom. A bias weaving process uses the continuous yarn strand for forming a top woven triangle fabric section, a bottom woven triangle fabric section, and a middle section of parallel yarn strand portions of the single continuous yarn strand. Traditional back-and-forth weaving uses the continuous yarn strand as weft strands in the middle section of parallel yarn strand portions for forming a rectangular woven fabric section. A hexagonal woven fabric uses the continuous yarn strand.

Abstract: In the present disclosure, a piece is disposed on a glove core of a glove structure, and an edge of the piece is to injected and filled with molding material to have an injection molding assembly thereon. The injection molding assembly at least fills a section gap between the glove core and the edge of the piece. By using the injection molding assembly, the section gap between the glove core and the edge of the piece is masked, and an adhesive effect for bonding the piece is also obtained. Thus, the present disclosure provides positive and reliable means for preventing the edge of the piece from being separated from the glove core, making the glove structure maintain its required function in long term, increasing the quality and the lifetime of the glove structure, and making the glove structure have a curved surface shape to present its three-dimensional shape.
Abstract: System and method of manufacturing a unitary construction of a weft knit article with one or more warp insert in an integrated knitting process by using a weft knit machine. The unitary construction comprises one or more yarn materials which are incorporated into one or more weft and warp stitch structures. The knitting machine is equipped with a warp feeder assembly, including a weft knit warp feeder, a warp knitting guide needle block operable to hold a plurality of warp strands, a strand guide bar configured to guide the plurality of warp strands to the weft knit warp feeder, and a cam box. The cam box includes at least a weft stitch cam, a weft guard cam, a warp stitch cam, and a warp guard cam.

Abstract: A warp breakage/end sensing system and device are configured to detect an end of a warp yarn on a circular weaving machine. A mechanism causes a notification signal to be sent to the loom operator in the situation where a yarn breakage is detected. A drop wire loses its elevation and falls from its normal operative position. The drop causes a first element to rotate and come in contact (physical or non-physical) with a second element, thereby completing an electric circuit and sending a yarn breakage signal to the operator. Upon restoration of the yarn, the first element restores to its normal working position. In the case of a non-physical contact, the first sensing element enters the triggering region of the second sensing element thus causing a signal to be sent.
Abstract: Articles are prepared from paper containing different types of fibers. In a granulation step, bagasse is pulverized to produce a sugar cane pulp powder of granules. In a pulping process, pulp is produced from Manila hemp. In a mixing step, sugar cane pulp powder, and the pulp produced in preceding steps, are mixed. In the papermaking process, Japanese washi paper is produced by using a mixture of pulp powder and pulp. In a slitting process, the produced Japanese washi paper is slit. In a twisting process, the slit Japanese washi paper yarn is twisted to produce a paper yarn.
Abstract: An activewear garment having facial opening formed on an anterior side of an upper head portion of the garment. An elastic securing band is attached to an interior rim of the facial opening, said elastic securing band being attached around the entire circumference of said facial opening. An adhering layer composed of one or more types of adhesive substances, including pressure sensitive adhesives, are applied to an interior side of the elastic securing band, such adhering layer being configured to releasably adhere to a user's facial skin, thereby preventing the full or partial dislodgement of such activewear garment during high contact athletic activities.
Abstract: A shoe includes an outsole having a heel region, a midfoot region, a metatarsal region, and a toe region. The heel region extends longitudinally from the heel end to the midfoot region, the midfoot region extends longitudinally from the heel region to the metatarsal region, and the toe region extends longitudinally from the toe end to the metatarsal region. The outsole has a medial side region, central region, and a lateral side region. A bottom surface of the outsole defines a concavity extending longitudinally from within the heel region to at least within a portion of the midfoot region. The concavity extends laterally within the central region. The concavity has a width at its widest point that is at least between 45% and 55% the width of the outsole at that point.

The front portion, the neck receiving portion and the legs receiving portion of the body form a first component of the body. The back portion and the arms receiving portion form a second component of the body. An endless loop zipper connects the first component and the second component such that the second component is selectively removable from the first component.
