The apparatus may include: a covering component having a primary opening on one end and a permeable structure on a second end; a sleeve component having a support structure on one end and a receiving opening on a second end, the sleeve component being configured to be partially inserted into the covering component; a holding component having a secondary opening at one end and a water-tight chamber wall at the other end, the holding component being configured to be partially inserted into the sleeve component, such that the secondary opening is positioned within the sleeve component; in order facilitate converting the apparatus into a display assembly, the covering component is removed from the sleeve component and the holding component is inserted into the covering component.

In another version, the floral wrapper includes a first sheet with a portion removed to form a side and a second sheet with a portion removed to form a side. The first and second sheets are affixed to each other with the first and second sheets partially overlapping each other and with the formed side of the first sheet and the formed side of the second sheet aligned along a line. Additional sheets can be added to modify the structure and ornamental appearance of the floral wrapper.

The closure includes an upper wall defining an opening and a cylindrical snap on pipe depending from the upper wall. The threads on the pipe and threads on the neck of the bottle pass over each other when the closure is snapped onto the bottle during manufacture. The pipe includes a resistance recess and a guidance recess. A bottom rim of the pipe, the resistance recess and the guidance recess are in contact with a forcing element on a shoulder of the bottle and guide the closure into positions permitting unscrewing of the closure.
