  • Patent number: 11682478
Abstract: A device obtains prescription information relating to a medication in a container. The device causes a camera device of the device to obtain image data relating to the medication and a weighing device of the device to obtain weight data relating the medication. The device sends the prescription information, the image data, and the weight data to a different device to cause the different device to verify the medication using a machine learning model. The device receives information concerning the medication and automatically generates, based on the information concerning the medication, a message concerning the medication, wherein the message includes instructions on how much of the medication a user of the device is to take. The device causes the device or an additional device to present the message.

  • Patent number: 11651861
Abstract: A plurality of instances of a patient's health condition are received as patient health information from a plurality of sources. Ground-truth health conditions of the patient are generated based on the patient health information and expert review of the patient's level of engagement for each instance of provider assessment. A regression model predicting a probability of patient engagement level with a provider is generated, based on the instances of patient condition assessment and the engagement level expert review associated with each instance. A current set of patient information and natural language processing results of a dialog between the patient and a provider performing a condition assessment of the patient, are received. The current patient information and the dialog are applied to the regression model, determining a probability of patient engagement level. An indicator of the patient engagement level is sent to the provider's computing device.

  • Patent number: 11626191
Abstract: Embodiments are directed toward facilitating securely and efficiently providing medical-test results. Some embodiments enable secure and efficient mass testing by eliminating the requirement that patients provide personally identifying information after collection of their first testing specimen. The system enables delivering test results to such patients without the patients providing personally identifying information with specimens to be tested. The first time that a patient requests a medical test on a specimen, values representative of biometric characteristic thereof are recorded with personal information for the patient. Some embodiments facilitate looking up the patient's personal information by using values representative of biometrics obtained from the patient's subsequent specimens to be medically tested.

  • Patent number: 11610680
Abstract: A method and system for identifying a treatment plan identifies a description of a sequential game. The game is associated with treatment of a medical condition by a course of treatment or drug design. The description may include one or more possible treatment actions that a treater can take to treat the medical condition, and one or more possible medical condition actions that the medical condition can take. The system will identify a model for the sequential game, wherein the model is a large game associated with a large state space. The system may solve the model to generate a treatment plan for the medical condition, wherein the treatment plan includes a set of possible treatment actions. To accommodate the large state space, the system may divide processing steps so that at least some of the model solving is done by a graphics processing unit, while performing other functions via a central processing unit.

  • Patent number: 11551813
Abstract: A next-best-action system includes real-time operation and off-line training and processes. During off-line training databases of medical conditions and associated diagnostic factors, tests and treatments are used to create models used for later natural language processing of input electronic text. Diagnostic factors are ranked according to the probability that they indicate conditions and are stored in a matrix. Treatments corresponding to conditions are also stored in a matrix. During real-time operation electronic text is received from patient history of an EHR system, from a transcribed conversation between a physician and a patient, or from input that the physician makes in the EHR system or in an overlaid diagnostic user interface. The electronic text is processed by an NLP pipeline that derives clinical diagnostic factors and test results for the patient.
