Abstract: Systems and methods for artificial intelligence (AI)-based systems and methods for conditional electronic processing are provided. An example method includes receiving real time data from one or more data sources associated with one or more connected smart devices; continuously evaluating the real time data to determine whether the one or more transaction conditions is met; upon determining that the one or more transaction conditions has been met, utilizing prioritized parameters to determine to which users an alert of a transaction request is broadcast; broadcasting the alert of the transaction request via a user application; transmitting, via a push notification gateway, a push notification to the user application on a user device; and establishing, via a network, a secure connection between the user device and an AI engine for executing the transaction request.

Abstract: An on-board signage system includes one or more vehicles, a display device configured to display an assigned image on a display area of each of the vehicles, and a signage controller, in which the signage controller is configured to function as an image database for storing a plurality of candidate images, a terminal database for storing identification information and owner information of a registered terminal, a terminal location acquiring unit configured to acquire location information of the registered terminal, and a selector that selects at least one of a travel route for the vehicle and an image to be assigned to the vehicle, based on the location information and the owner information of the registered terminal, and transmits the selected travel route or image to the vehicle.

Abstract: A method, apparatus and computer program product are provided for partitioning prescription transaction costs by determining offset savings amounts to be applied to prescription transactions, based on an adjudicated response from a payer computer. Prescription transactions received from a pharmacy are submitted in real time or near real-time for adjudication. Historical data associated with the patient and prescription is accessed to identify a target patient pay amount. Based on the benefit coverage and/or co-pay amount from the adjudicated response, an offset savings is determined in real-time or near real-time that will partition the prescription transaction cost such that the remaining patient pay amount is aligned with the target patient pay amount.

Abstract: A method and system of providing personalized rewards for lifestyle management of a user includes receiving various target goals from the user. The target goals relate to the personal health, community involvement and financial planning of the user. As such, the method and system include receiving and analyzing a first set of data during a first period of time to determine whether the user has met the target goals during the first period of time. In response to determining that the user has met the target goals, the method and system include receiving and analyzing a second set of data during a second period of time to determine whether the user has maintained the target goals during the second period of time. In response to determining that the user has maintained the target goals, the method and system include determining and transmitting one or more personalized rewards to the user.

Abstract: An intellectual property (IP) recommending method and an IP recommending system are provided. In the method, a plurality of IP portfolios respectively designated for a plurality of product designs are retrieved and usage data of a plurality of IPs included in each of the plurality of IP portfolios are extracted. A machine learning (ML) model is trained by using a portion of the retrieved IP portfolios and the extracted usage data. In response to receiving at least one criterion for a desired product design from a user, a plurality of IPs adapted for the desired product design are predicted based on the ML model and recommended for the user.

Abstract: An example computing device includes: a processor; and a system memory, the system memory including instructions which, when executed by the processor, cause the computing device to: identify a financial account associated with debit card use; parse financial transactions associated with the financial account to identify debit card transactions; categorize the debit card transactions into categories based upon types of merchants; map the categories to incentives associated with a credit card; and present potential savings associated with the incentives.

Abstract: Embodiments perform an automated process flow using machine learning. Embodiments train a machine learning component using training data that represents a user's past interactions with a software application when performing a plurality of process flows. Each process flow includes a series of tasks in a sequence. Embodiments receive data related to tasks within the software application. Embodiments predict, using the trained machine learning component, a series of tasks and a sequence for the predicted series of tasks based on the received data. Embodiments then perform the predicted series of tasks in the predicted sequence.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus for delivering content to an audience member via one or more mediums based on an audience member profile are disclosed. Profile data for audience members may be initially collected from an offline source, such as a registration or subscription database. The profile data may be stored in a dedicated database. The initial profile data may be supplemented periodically with data reflecting online activity by the audience member. The combined offline and online profile data may be used to group the audience members into segments. Audience member segments may be used to identify audience members who are targeted to receive like content. An audience member's inclusion in a segment may be indicated by storing a segment-targeting cookie on the audience member computer. Content may be delivered to the audience member based on identification of the segment in the segment-targeting cookie.

Abstract: A system and method for detecting a pick-up of an item and determining analytics based on the detected pick-up. The method includes receiving data packets from a plurality of Internet of Things (IoT) tags, wherein each of the IoT tags is attached to a product, extracting a frequency word from each of the plurality of IoT tags, analyzing each of the extracted frequency words to detect a pick-up event associated with each IoT tag, and determining analytics related to an interest in the product based on the detected pick-up events.

An example bundle can include hotel lodging and a bonus service, status, or item associated with that hotel. An system can identify a first bundle of a first base and bonus item, and a second bundle of a second base and bonus item. The system can present a semi-opaque offer comprising the first bundle, the second bundle, and a discount price, wherein the semi-opaque offer does not identify which of the first bundle and the second bundle will be sold at the discount price to the user upon acceptance of the semi-opaque offer, and wherein the discount price is a full price of the first base item. After receiving acceptance of the semi-opaque offer from the user, the system can disclose that the user has purchased the first bundle at the discount price.

Abstract: Systems and Methods are disclosed for real-time decryption of a health registry-issued certificate for signaling a user vaccination and/or test status on a user device comprising the steps of: coupling a first user mobile device to a health registry for real-time decryption of a health registry-issued health certificate over a network; outputting on the first user mobile device at least one of an audible output, visual output, vibrational output, and/or textual output based on a pre-defined signaling protocol to signal a user vaccination status based on a token derived from the real-time decrypted health certificate; and decoding a device identifier/tag or token from the first user mobile device by a second user mobile device, fixed access device, or hand-held scanner, signaling to a second user a first user vaccination status based on a pre-defined signaling protocol and the tag/token.

Abstract: Online advertising campaigns are operated responsive to keyword trends. The keywords used by a group of browsers is analyzed periodically over time. A list of the most frequently used keywords is separated into those that have previously appeared on the list, referred to herein as the stable keywords, and those that are newly emerging, referred to herein as the trending keywords. The advertiser selects at least one advertising creative that the advertiser associates with the stable keywords, referred to herein as the stable creative, and at least one advertising creative that the advertiser associates with the trending keywords, referred to herein as the trendy creative. The advertising system then operates the online advertising campaign to deliver the respective stable and trendy creatives in proportion to the frequency of use of the trending versus the stable keywords.

Abstract: Product offering systems are provided. Product offering systems may include sending an offer to a customer that possesses a mobile computing device and has agreed to receive offers for products via the mobile computing device. Agreeing to receive offers would result in the unique data about the customer being available to offer provider. Unique customer data may include data related to the customers wireless service provider or from a financial account in a financial institution, and collecting customer data about the customer, wherein the customer data comprises financial data and personal data. Product offering systems may further include registering a wireless computing device of the customer to able the device to receive the offer, and determining opportunities to send the offer to the customer by monitoring the customer and the customer data. Product offering systems may also include sending the offer to the customer's registered device based on the determination of opportunities.

Abstract: A protocol-based system and method for establishing a multi-party contract are disclosed. In a method conducted at a computing device associated with an entity, a set of contract data elements relating to a contract to be established is received from either one of another entity or a deal negotiation component associated with the entity. The contract data elements are validated using an associated contract schema and a schema-based validation algorithm. If the contract data elements are valid, the contract data elements are transmitted to the other of the deal negotiation component or another entity. Transmitting the contract data elements to another entity includes generating a digital signature associated with the contract data elements by digitally signing the contract data elements or a representation thereof and transmitting the digital signature and either of the contract data elements or the representation thereof to the other entity.

Abstract: Adaptive system for communicating with a customer in a retail store environment includes a sensor disposed at a sensor location in a retail environment. The sensor location is selected so that the sensor captures information that facilitates identification of at least one trait associated with a customer located proximate to the sensor location. A processing system is configured to use the information to determine the at least one trait. Thereafter, in response to such determination, the processing system selectively determines a message or content selection to be displayed to the customer based at least in part on the at least one trait that has been identified.

Abstract: A system and method of zone tracking for delivery of media to customers within a store is disclosed. Zone tracking enables targeting of media to at least one electronic device both in the presence of as well as in the absence of customer triggers by monitoring the physical location of the electronic device associated with the customer in the store. The zone tracking system and method preferably use a combination of at least one location-tracking server and at least one access point to track a customer's present location within a store as well as items in the vicinity of the customer.

Abstract: A mobile consumer device with a display, processor(s), and memory: identifies a merchant device in proximity to the consumer device based on broadcasted information transmitted by the first merchant device, the broadcasted information including a first identifier corresponding to the first merchant device; transmits the first identifier to a server and receives from the server an electronic communication including identification and transaction information associated with the merchant; displays the identification information, receives user selection of the merchant identification information; and in response, displays the merchant transaction information, receives supplemental user information, and transmits the supplemental transaction information to the server for completion of the transaction.
