  • Patent number: 11916629
Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide an antenna switching method for a terminal device and an apparatus. The terminal device sends detection packets through at least two antennas within uplink estimated time, obtains, based on response messages corresponding to the detection packets, spectrum effectiveness that is of the at least two antennas and that is within the uplink estimated time, and switches a current transmit antenna of the terminal device based on the spectrum effectiveness of the at least two antennas. In this manner, the terminal device determines, based on the uplink spectrum effectiveness of the at least two antennas, whether to switch the current transmit antenna. Because the uplink spectrum effectiveness of the antennas can accurately reflect a real environment of uplink transmission, antenna switching can be accurately performed. This improves performance of an uplink transmit antenna.

  • Patent number: 11883176
Abstract: A wearable self-contained Smart ECG Sensor Patch (SEP) is provided for acquiring, analyzing and transmitting ECG data, heart rate and heart rate variability (heart rate variability) parameters to a host device via a secure Bluetooth low energy link. SEP incorporates all circuitry for acquisition, analysis and communication, and a battery on a small flexible substrate with two gold electrodes on the reverse side. Prior to on-board analysis, noise and motion artifacts are detected and ignored. SEP has been validated with archived ECG signals and testing on human subjects. The continuous acquisition and unique on-board analytics permit SEP to be used for prolonged monitoring scenarios with automatic alarm generations. SEP's aggressive power management techniques enable it to operate on a single coin battery for up to 250 hours. SEP suppresses transmissions of artifact data, which reduces power consumption.

  • Patent number: 11882520
Abstract: Methods and systems are for managing congestion in a network of devices are disclosed. A method may comprise identifying one or more battery-operated devices. A signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and a signal-to-interference ratio (SIR) for each battery-operated device may be determined. Based on the SNR and SIR of each battery-operated device, a battery loss using clear channel assessment (CCA) and a battery savings using CCA may be determined. A total battery savings may be compared to a total battery loss to determine that the total battery savings is greater than the total battery loss. Based on the determination that the total battery savings is greater than the total battery loss, a noise may be generated to block transmission from the one or more battery-operated devices.

  • Patent number: 11832427
Abstract: A method and terminal for reducing coupling sensitivity deviations, and an apparatus having a storage function are provided. Sensitivities of different channels are collected to obtain sensitivity deviations between adjacent channels when a sample smart terminal is at a first predetermined position. It is determined whether one of the sensitivity deviations is greater than a predetermined deviation threshold. If one of the sensitivity deviations is greater than the predetermined deviation threshold, it is determined whether a cause of the sensitivity deviation comprises a signal scattering effect and/or a signal radiation effect. A smart terminal is then produced according to determination of the cause.
