    Abstract: A power lock system for stage truss towers for remotely locking a climbing truss sleeve block with its tower, thereby distributing the downward load directly into the tower and preventing upward motion. The power lock system for stage truss towers generally includes a remotely controlled locking mechanism that is mounted within a truss tower section with adjustable locations. The sleeve that slides or rolls up the tower is equipped with stirrups to provide a structural receptacle for the locking forks. The sleeve and the locking mechanism are equipped with sensors that indicate the sleeve is in the correct location for locking. The control system displays the status of the sensors and limit switches and uses logic to exercise the rules of operation.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a sealing strip and a floor tile unit. The sealing strip has two edge strips intersecting each other. Each edge strip of the sealing strip is sandwiched in a gap between floor tiles and a gap between baseplates of the floor tile unit, ends of adjacent edge strips of adjacent sealing strips are connected with each other in both a gap between the adjacent baseplates and a gap between the adjacent floor tiles. With the reasonable structural arrangement of the sealing strip in the present invention, the sealing strip is easy to be assembled, the splicing in the floor tile unit is stable and reliable, and liquids and dust are prevented from permeating into gaps between adjacent floor tiles and gaps between the floor tiles at the intersection of the edge strips of the sealing strip.

    Abstract: A kit for mounting a frame in a partitioning structure such as a door, and a door including a vision lite. The kit includes a male frame half, a female frame half, and threaded fasteners. The female frame half defines an elongated channel, where the channel includes a bottom with walls extending therefrom with a width adapted to receive a threaded fastener. The first frame piece and the second frame piece are configured to be mounted to each other when the threaded fasteners extend through the first frame piece and into the channel. An installation of such a kit in a door, with window glass, may provide a vision lite in the door. The channel may be configured such that the threaded fasteners penetrate the bottom of the channel when the first frame piece and the second frame piece are installed. The threaded fasteners may be self-tapping screws.

In one embodiment the building structure includes a floor comprising a cementitious slab and a wall supporting at least a portion of the cementitious slab. A plurality of stand-off fasteners extend from the top of the wall into the cementitious slab and are configured to transfer forces between the cementitious slab and the wall. The stand-off fasteners comprise a lower portion and an upper stand-off portion. The lower portion is operatively coupled to the top of the wall, and the upper stand-off portion extends above the top of the wall and is encapsulated within the cementitious slab. In some embodiments, at least a portion of the lower portion is heat treated to a higher degree of hardness relative to the remainder of the stand-off screw.
