Abstract: A moisturizing apparatus includes an ion generating device, a mist generating device, and a control device. The ion generating device generates positive ions and negative ions bound to water molecules from the air by an electrical discharge in the atmosphere. The mist generating device reduces the liquid to fine particles in the form of mist and sprays the liquid in the form of mist. The moisturizing apparatus moisturizes the skin or hair, through combined use of application of ions from the ion generating device and spraying of the mist from mist generating device, toward the skin or hair.

Abstract: A multiple cosmetic holder and applicator includes a plurality of cosmetic cartridges that receive standard cosmetics therein. The cartridges include an upper magnet disposed within the opening, and a lower annular groove on the cylindrical body. A main body holds the plurality of cosmetic cartridges and includes a base with depressions which include a lower magnet therein and which receive the cosmetic cartridges, locking mechanisms which interface with the annular groove of the cartridges to lock the cartridges within the depressions, and an outer case movable relative to the main body which has a pressable button that unlocks the locking mechanism from the cartridge. A removable cap covers the main body, the cartridges, and the standard cosmetics. A selector tube extends through an aperture in the cap to remove the cartridge when the button is pressed and the locking mechanism is unlocked.

Abstract: The invention relates generally to nail strips that may be adhered to human finger and toe nails. The strips are provided in the form of a sheet having a plurality of cutout strips in the general shape of a nail which may be peeled from the sheet. The nail strips may be decorated by printing user-created or selected designs using a home printer. The size and/or shape of the nail strips may be adjusted by selecting and detaching an appropriate perforated edge from the sheet backing.

Abstract: A brush is provided herein, the brush having heating elements dispersed on and protruding from its face and spacers arranged to maintain a specified distance between protruding ends of the heating elements and a scalp of a head that is being brushed. The spacers are dispersed on the brush's face at a specified density that assures maintaining the specified distance with respect to a resilience of the spacers.

Abstract: A branched eyelash extension is described. In one aspect, the eyelash extension is a vertically branched/stacked eyelash extension that includes a first filament having both a first proximal end and a first distal end and a second filament having both a second proximal end and a second distal end. The proximal end of the second filament is attached on top of or below the proximal end of the first filament, such that they are collectively a vertically branched/stacked eyelash extension. In another aspect, the eyelash extension includes branches in a side-by-side configuration. In this aspect, the proximal end of the second filament is attached to the side of the proximal end of the first filament, such that they are collectively a branched eyelash extension in a side-by-side configuration.

Abstract: A toothpick device for cleaning teeth includes a toothpick. The toothpick is comprised of two separable portions and has at least one pointed end. A length of dental floss is provided with each end of the dental floss being secured to one of the two portions of the toothpick by melted wax. The dental floss is wound for storage between said two portions whereby separating the two portions unwinds the dental floss for use.

Abstract: A hair braiding apparatus includes a main housing having a lower portion defining a lower interior area. A rotor assembly is mounted to the lower portion of the main housing and includes a rotor motor having a plurality of rotors operatively coupled to the rotor motor. The rotor assembly includes at least a pair of orbital tracks configured to receive the plurality of rotors for movement therealong. A plurality of hair retention members are coupled to respective rotors for positioning hair to be styled. A processor is positioned in the lower portion and electrically connected to the rotors for actuating the rotors to move along the orbital tracks. A memory stores programming instructions to selectively control movement of the rotors and the platform.

The adornment structure is disposed on another portion of the upper surface of the base. The contact layer is disposed on the lower surface of the base.
