The electronic apparatus includes a memory and a processor configured to control the electronic apparatus to, based on a plurality of intent analysis results in relation to text information corresponding to a user voice being obtained, generate a user interface (UI) including a plurality of guide information corresponding to at least a part of the plurality of intent analysis results, based on one of the plurality of guide information being selected, perform a function corresponding to the selected guide information, and based on the performed function being maintained for a predetermined time or more, control the memory to store the mapping information between the performed function and the text information.

Abstract: A method is provided for streaming transcoded HLS video from a video asset to allow a minimum startup delay time. A method includes pre-transcoding a first number of the HLS chunks. Then, once a request is received from a remote HLS client for the HLS video asset, transmitting a number of the pre-transcoded chunks to the remote HLS player. The pre-transcoded chunks are transmitted during a startup period until real-time transcoded chunks can be received and processed by the remote HLS player at a time position to allow seamless transition from the pre-transcoded chunks.

Abstract: An electronic apparatus includes a communicator connected to a Local Area Network (LAN), an inputter, a memory storing at least one computer executable instruction, and a processor. The processor outputs a content of a first channel received through the communicator, receives information associated with contents of a plurality of channels through the communicator and stores the information in the memory while the content of the first channel is being output, and based on an instruction change the first channel to a second channel while the content of the first channel is output, acquires information associated with the content of the second channel among the stored information associated with the contents of the plurality of channels from the memory, and decodes the content of the second channel received through the communicator by using the acquired information on the content of the second channel and outputs the decoded content.

The backend system selects an end point destination that is a pointer to further digital information associated with the broadcast piece of content and communicates the end point destination for the broadcast piece of content to the user who can access the digital information.

Abstract: The disclosed computer-implemented method may include receiving original media content, transcoding the original media content into a plurality of encoded media files, determining an adaptive bit rate for providing a one of the plurality of encoded media files to a computing device, delivering the encoded media file to the computing device at the adaptive bit rate for viewing on a display device of the computing device, and measuring a quality of the displayed encoded media file based on an overall mean opinion score associated with the delivered encoded media file. The overall mean opinion score may be based on a measured playback quality associated with the encoded media file and a measured upload quality associated with the original media content.
