Abstract: Systems and methods for controlling use of a credit pool in connection with electronic trading in a plurality of product groups via a set of match engines are described. Credit data indicative of a current magnitude of the credit pool is obtained. A plurality of allocations of the credit pool are determined, based on the credit pool, across the plurality of product groups. For each allocation of the plurality of allocations, allocation data indicative of the allocation is provided to a respective credit controller of a set of credit controllers. The respective credit controller is disposed at a respective match engine to which a respective product group of the plurality of product groups is assigned. The use of the credit pool for an incoming order in a respective product group is thus limited in accordance with the allocation data provided to the credit controller at the respective match engine.

Abstract: A method using one or more mobile devices for transporting information from an automated teller machine (“ATM”) to a central server when the ATM does not support a network connection and, upon return of the one or more mobile devices to the ATM, updating the ATM may be provided. The method may include transporting electronic transaction data processed locally at the ATM, via a mobile device, to a location where a network connection between the mobile device and the central server may be established. When in a location including network connection, the method may include transmitting the electronic transaction data to the central server. When the mobile device is detected to have returned to be within the pre-determined range of the ATM, the method may include transmitting a data packet to the ATM, the data packet received from the central server, thereby updating the ATM of the transmittal.

Abstract: The disclosed exemplary embodiments include computer-implemented systems, apparatuses, and processes that, among other things, generate and provision digital tokens based on dynamically obtained contextual data. For example, an apparatus may receive first information that characterizes an exchange of data initiated by a first application program executed by the apparatus, and may generate and transmit a signal to a computing system through a programmatic interface associated with a second application program executed by the apparatus. In some instances, the first signal may include the first information and data that instructs the computing system to obtain a digital token representative of a data type available for use in the data exchange. The apparatus may also receive a second signal that includes the digital token and based on the digital token, perform operations that present second information characterizing the available data type on an interface.

Abstract: An apparatus for transferring virtual resources comprises a processor associated with a server. The processor is configured to conduct an interaction between a first user and an entity to transfer a physical object and a non-fungible token (NFT) to the first user, wherein the NFT is associated with the physical object. The processor is further configured to receive the NFT for storage in a first digital folder and to receive a request to establish an interaction session between a first avatar in a virtual environment and a second avatar associated with a second user. The processor is further configured to authorize the interaction session in response to authenticating the NFT and to conduct the interaction. The interaction includes initiating a transfer of the physical object from the first user to the second user and transmitting the NFT to a second digital folder associated with the second user.

Abstract: Systems and methods for detecting and mitigating fraud include a processor for performing steps including receiving a digital image of a receipt and utilizing an optical character recognition model to encode a digital representation of transaction information from the receipt. The processor extracts a payee feature, an amount feature, and a payment date feature from the transaction data, and generating a receipt feature vector from the payee feature, the amount feature and the payment date feature. The processor receives historical transaction data representing historical transactions, generates a transaction feature vector for each historical transaction and then utilizes a machine learning model to predict a matching transaction from the transaction history that matches the receipt based on the receipt feature vector and each of the transaction feature vectors to determine a difference between the payment amount of the receipt and the payment authorization of the matching transaction.

Abstract: A shared ledger operated by a group of network participants according to a set of consensus rules manages and resolves subrogation claims between a clamant and a defendant with arbitration. Evidence regarding the value of the subrogation claim is sent to the shared ledger by the parties to the subrogation claim such as sending data to a smart contract deployed on the shared ledger. The parties to the subrogation claim or entities that are not parties to the subrogation claim may broadcast data relating to fault to the blockchain. The data relating to fault may be evaluated by the parties or entities acting on the parties' behalf to determine fault. A fault determination may be broadcast to the blockchain based upon the analysis of the data relating to fault. Once the claim is resolved, arbitrator may release funds on the chain to the prevailing party or may accept confirmation that any payments have been made between the parties off-chain.

For example, a dispatch system may access trip result data describing a plurality of trips executed by a set of autonomous vehicles of a first vehicle type. Using the planning circuit and from the map, a graph representing a driving environment of the vehicle is generated. The graph includes multiple trajectories. At least one trajectory includes a lane change. Each trajectory is a path for the vehicle to move from a first spatiotemporal location to a second spatiotemporal location. The trajectory includes at least one lane alone which the vehicle can move. Using the planning circuit, a trajectory of the multiple trajectories for the vehicle to travel is selected based on an initial vehicle trajectory of the vehicle. The selected trajectory includes a stem. The stem is a portion of the selected trajectory to which the vehicle is configured to adhere. Using the control circuit, the vehicle is moved along the selected trajectory.
