Abstract: Aerosol containment apparatus and methods of use are provided herein. The apparatus provides for creating an interior rest space for a person. The apparatus includes a self-sealable cover which is configurable to seal the interior rest space for use in dental care, cosmetic care or other procedures. Access to the person is provided by arm ports located on the apparatus. These arm ports are flexible and allow for vertical, horizontal and angular arm movement procedures. The apparatus includes a partially or substantially transparent cover for visual access to the client and an internal utility tray for tool storage. The apparatus, also includes, an air filtration port equipped with a replaceable air filter.

Abstract: An intelligent automated chair that is configured to have uploaded various operating models to run a sequence of patterns that cause the intelligent automated chair to alternate between various positions. An intelligent automated chair system configured to receive data from various inputs including user input, sensors, biosensors, historical usage, profile, and others to generate a recommended operating model for the intelligent automated chair. An intelligent automated chair system running an operating model that is interruptible manually by a user or as a result of sensed date, which can alter the pattern or parameters of the operating model.

Abstract: A back support (1) for a pedal driven device or other device including a saddle which provides a seat for a user of the device, includes a mount (2) which may be releasably engageable with the device. A contact part (4) which is configured to contact the back of the user of the device, is movably mounted in operative connection with the mount in an articulated manner. The exemplary contact part includes a bracket (7, 20) that is rotatable relative to the mount about a bracket axis (14). The bracket operatively connects the mount and contact bodies (6, 23, 24, 26, 27, 31, 32). The contact bodies are movably mounted in rotatable operative connection with the bracket about respective contact body axes (9, 28, 30) which extend parallel to the bracket axis.

Abstract: A passive self-adjusting seat assembly for a lawn maintenance vehicle having a frame. The passive self-adjusting seat assembly includes a base, a guide assembly attached to the base, and a platform assembly that is selectively movable or slidable relative to the guide assembly in order to maintain an operator in an upright or substantially vertical orientation as the lawn maintenance vehicle traverses uneven or sloped ground. The seat assembly further including a locking assembly for selectively locking the sliding or movement of the platform assembly relative to the guide assembly.

Abstract: A chair comprising a seat base, a back rest, the back rest having a first arm connected to the seat base by a first pivot and a second arm connected to the seat base by a second pivot so that the back rest can pivot between a first folded position and a second position, the first pivot being biased so that in the absence of any force applied by a user, the back rest maintains the first position wherein a damper is included to ensure to retard the movement of the seat from the second position to the first position in the absence of any force applied.

A single control mechanism controls the motion of the post, and thereby also controls the tilt of the armrest to maintain a desirable orientation with respect to the sidestick. The control mechanism defines multiple positive lock-out positions with respect to the post such that the control mechanism will always engage one of the positive lock-out positions.

Thereby the bottom plate, the base body, and the cover are connected and fixed by one another. While in use, users rock the chair by the round bulge on the bottom plate in response to their shifts in center of gravity. A rock angle of the chair is limited by the limit portion. Thereby the users will not tip the chair over while rocking the chair violently and safety in use is ensured.

Abstract: A recliner chair with object sensor and alert including a recliner chair assembly and an alarm assembly. The recliner chair assembly includes a footrest that can be lifted. The alarm assembly includes a speaker and a sensor. The sensor is configured to detect a pet, a person or an object under the footrest. The speaker emits an audible alarm when the sensor detects an object under the footrest to prevent a user sat in the recliner chair from closing the footrest, thereby preventing the pet, or the person under the foot rest from getting hurt.

Abstract: A shampoo support apparatus and method for use of the same are disclosed. In one embodiment of the shampoo support apparatus, a body is configurable between a reclining configuration and a booster seat configuration. In the reclining configuration, the body provides a neck support and a back support. A support structure that may be placed above the body is configured to accept and secure a smart device thereat and support the smart device at a smart device working distance from the neck support. In the booster seat configuration, the body folds into a rectangular shape to provide a seat.

The shower chair includes a backrest that removably attaches to an underside of the shower chair offset from, and arranged below, a seat pan. Removing the backrest exposes an upper support crossbar that runs from one side of the shower chair to the other. The washdown surfaces include a sloped surface arranged in the seat pan that is angled downward from a front of the shower chair toward a rear of the shower chair and a sloped surface arranged in the backrest of the shower chair angled from a rear of the shower chair toward a front of the shower chair under the seat pan. The washdown surfaces provide an unrestricted fluid flow path running from the seat pan to the backrest and then to the floor.
