  • Patent number: 11392958
Abstract: Technologies for reverse logistics of mobile devices is provided. A returned mobile device is placed in a satchel with a unique identifier. The unique identifier was generated through an in-store return process in which the unique identifier was linked to transactional data associated with the returned mobile device, such as the returned mobile device's IMEI and return type. The transactional data associated with the returned mobile device is searched as a function of the unique identifier to determine the return type. The appropriate supply chain provisioning location is then determined as a function of the determined return type.
