  • Patent number: 11950289
Abstract: The disclosure provides a method and a device used in a node for wireless communication. A first node first transmits a first sequence and a first radio signal, at least one of the first sequence or the first radio signal carrying a target identifier, then monitors a first type of information in a first time window, and finally transmits a second sequence and a second radio signal when no feedback is detected for the first sequence and the first radio signal in the first time window; wherein at least one of the second sequence or the second radio signal carries the target identifier. Through the above design, the disclosure realizes re-transmissions of a preamble and information included in a Message A in 2-step random access scenarios, thereby improving the spectrum efficiency and improving the performance of transmission of the Message A in 2-step random access scenarios.

  • Patent number: 11909850
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided to improve a communication channel dynamically and autonomously based on the status of the communication traffic on the communication channel between a first integrated circuit (IC) and a second IC. The communication traffic on the communication channel can be monitored, and latency, bandwidth, link quality, or power consumption associated with the communication channel for the monitored communication traffic can be determined dynamically. A modified protocol for the communication channel that can improve the communication channel as compared to an existing protocol can be determined based on the information related to the latency, bandwidth, link quality, or the power consumption. The existing protocol can be changed autonomously to the modified protocol as the communication traffic varies.

  • Patent number: 11799801
Abstract: Transfer apparatuses perform communications for path control with a centralized control apparatus that performs centralized control from the outside of a switch cluster including the group of transfer apparatuses, through a path similar to D-plane (main signal). A packet flow controller serving as a separation unit that separates a packet for the inside of the cluster and a packet for the outside of the cluster transmitted through the similar path from each other, and an internal route engine that performs path control of obtaining a path for freely passing through a plurality of paths in the cluster are provided. The packet flow controller separates a path control packet for the inside of the cluster, and the engine performs, when a failure to communicate the path control packet for the inside thus separated occurs, path control of generating a path that bypasses a path with the failure.

  • Patent number: 11792750
Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to a wireless user equipment (UE) establishing and utilizing a reference timing for a carrier or cell with multiple transmission and reception points (TRPs). A UE may receive a downlink signal on each of a plurality of component carriers (CCs), and determine respective timing events (e.g., slot boundaries, subframe boundaries, etc.) corresponding to each of the plurality of CCs. The UE may then determine a reference time for a first CC of the plurality of CCs. This reference time corresponds to a function of two or more timing events corresponding to different TRPs utilizing the first CC. The UE then determines a relative timing difference between the plurality of CCs based on this determined reference time. Other aspects, embodiments, and features are also claimed and described, including determining and utilizing a reference time on an uplink CC.

  • Patent number: 11758514
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A communication device, which may be otherwise known as user equipment (UE) may support repetition of physical downlink control channels (PDCCH) and handling a combined PDCCH candidate associated with multiple search space sets. For example, a UE may combine a first PDCCH candidate corresponding to a first search space set and a second PDCCH candidate corresponding to a second search space set to form a combined PDCCH candidate. The UE may decode the combined PDCCH candidate based on one or more factors, for example, such as a blind decoding PDCCH candidate threshold. As a result, the UE may decode the combined PDCCH candidate in addition to decoding of individual PDCCH candidates, thereby providing increased flexibility for downlink control information (DCI) and improving the reliability of PDCCH.
